1/2) Triceps pushdown
1/2) Close grip press
3.) Behind the neck Cable in LOWEST setting. ( Activates Long head similar movement like Skull crusher)
Reason to do tricep pushdown first is to fatigue triceps and increase blood flow so that in Close grip press I can easily feel my triceps.
Or I do them in superset.
Due to shoulder issue, I don't do Skull crusher.

The BARBELL skull crushers are one of the worst exercises for your elbows and wrists because the elbows are not allowed to move in their natural pathway... all barbell movements for triceps and biceps are bad for the joints... use cables and if not possible, then resort to dumbbells or machines as cables provide a uniform resistance pathway for your muscles... the problem with dumbbells is and barbells is that the resistance towards the muscle only happens during certain parts of the movement and there is little to no resistance at the end of most movements... For example, triceps kickbacks just feel good because you squeeze your arms by fully contracting the muscle but the resistance (dumbbells' weight is not acting optimally on the triceps) ... The only 2 exercises for triceps one need are unilateral cable triceps pushdown, unilateral overhead cable triceps extensions... If you want to add dumbbell skull crushers, you can... But the other exercises that Jeet Bhai has shown here are just pure garbage... Especially the Triceps kickbacks, dumbbell overhead triceps extensions, close grip bench press and bench dips... If you progressively overload on the above 2 exercises, you can build good triceps shape and size which is called hypertrophy...
I do dumbbell skull crusher, overhead unilateral cable extension(katana extension) and rope push down. Can I remove skull crusher altogether and still expect the same strength and hypertrophy??

Dumbell kickbacks ranked 2 here is one of the worst exercises for triceps.... Since there is no resistance in the eccentric portion of movement and the resistance is not angled against the plane of motion.... Using a cable variation is far better... But still a bad exercise for triceps...

I really do not agree at all on jeat, when he put tricep kickbacks in 3rd position. Comon man...that exercise doesn't even deserve in this list. In TRICEP KICKBACKS there is little to no tension while coming down...only first 30%of movement( while coming down) is really effective. Adhe se jyda time and energy to weight ko uss position main hold karne main hi chala jayega. So please i don't recommend that. Insted of that just do our good old TRICEP ROPE PUSHDOWN. ( again not a big fan of supinated grip while tricep pushdown)!!!

tricep kickbacks are actually one of the worst movements in this video. They do not provide constant tension, you cannot overload the muscle with this exercise and it is overall an awkward movement to do. Loved your video bro but this one part bothered me

During elbo extension how long head work. Long head is biarticulate according to the muscle active insufficiency theory .it is not possible. Kick back exercise not for three head.

Am stunned to see a useless exercise like DB kickback at the 2nd spot. There is literally no resistance in almost half of the movement. How is it effective? Where is cable overhead tricep/katana extensions in the list? It is perhaps the most effective tricep exercise, esp for the long head.

I beg to differ....kickbacks with cable is a far better exercise than dumbell kickbacks. There is constant tension with cables
