Just wanted t say thank you for all of your awesome content, as a 45 year old father of 3 young kids, I have realized I need to take better care of myself...for them. Keep up your good work. Especially the mindset stuff.

Thanks again Paul for the straight talk on the supplements and how to take them. It greatly helps when you post these videos. Keep up the fantastic work.
I really appreciate this video and I especially appreciate the fact you mention the "natural flavors" part. I've been hearing some sketchy stuff about that and glad you clarified exactly what is in Transparent Labs protein. I've been on a kick to stay away from all the junk out there in our food and products in America. It's in everything!!! Glad to see some clean products and supplements on the market. Thanks again Paul
"plant sources" isn't exactly what is in "natural flavors". We need to know what plant sources as they can impact organ health. Better yet, why add this stuff at all? Leave the sweeteners and flavorings out of it. The consumer can add that themselves.
Had you tried adding Bee Pollen to your protein isolate blend. Glycine is also good to add to your coffee with collagen. Even better if you blend in 25 g of grass Fed butter
Would love to see the natural flavors explained more than "plant sources". Even better...get rid of them. Get rid of all the flavoring and sweeteners. People can add that themselves. Plant sources can still have a huge impact on organ function. That said, they have some great supplements for sure. Just need these last couple changes to take it to the max.
I'm 36, I take creatine, hmb, eaa, and a multi vitamin. Recovery has always been my downfall. My body crashes out easily. These supplements drastically improve my bodys ability to recover after going hard.

Yeah typically you just want to take your protein/creatine mix within 30 min or less after any workout. Pretty sure that’s what he meant as that’s standard practice.

Hello 😊 Love your channel and I'm watching everything there 😅 Can you explain to me the benefit of taking collagen when it breaks down in the stomach and loses its original form? Wouldn't it be better and more efficient to use NAC with vitamin C, this would promote the creation of L glutathione in the body and with the added vitamin C stimulate the creation of collagen?
Love transparent labs protein isolate. Really good. This video is very informative. Thanks for breaking it down for us. I was also concerned about what was in some of these protein shakes. That is the reason i went with transparent labs.I just have one question about creatine. You answered one of my questions and that was on loading. You also mentioned that you get off creatine for 2 to 3 weeks. So if we use this supplement should be stop it after a month of use or can we consume for months straight before stopping for a few weeks. Thanks

Thx for your amaze content. Can you share your thoughts on Plant based Protein powders as an alternative to someone like me who can't take whey protein? TYSM!
Plant based powders are a good alternative for those who can’t tolerate whey. The problem has always been that they don’t taste very good. Transparent Labs has a good tasting plant based powder I would recommend.
@@PaulSklarxfit Yeah, I'm in that category. I've been using Orgain & it tastes good to me. I'll check out the TL brand. TYSM for the quick response and your content is excellent!
Hell I'm not confident on creatine...I only use natural stuff with organic non flavoured nor sugar added whey protein, which I take in small quantity indeed..
2 to 3 shakes a day there’s only 30 servants in that and it’s $59 and the 4pound is $99 with 52 serving. You would be spending over 100$ a month just on 2 a day don’t seem worth it for just whey protein. You can get the same results just by eating clean protein.
Appreciate the video. I'll just say one thing. I know you take many supplements and these are the main products. However, I feel that the average person simply cannot afford to pour money into these supplements, even just a quality protein on a month to month basis. $50-60 for a 2lb quality protein? Then add in everything else you talked about. HUH? The cost of the supplement industry is truly insane. I for one have a mortgage to pay, utilities, kids to feed, keeping my kids active in swimming, track, music lessons, put money back so I can retire, etc.. And the cost never stops going up. Who affords this stuff? I even have a good job. I mean really at this point, I think I have to settle with the Walmart protein. Everyone talks about taking all these supplements but no on talks about the astronomical cost. I hope I'm not the only who feels like this. Sorry, done venting, love the channel.
Use your money to Eat Beef, Chicken, Fish for protein source and nutrition and after that ONLY try Creatine as a supplement. Great salesperson
I have a question :) I notice when you make your shake you are taking 42 grams of protein at a time. However, the human body can only absorb 25 grams at a time (every 2 hours). How are you overcoming that?
I drink it slowly over a 30-60 min time period.
