Thanks again Paul

      "plant sources" isn't exactly what is in "natural flavors". We need to know what plant sources as they can impact organ health. Better yet, why add this stuff at all? Leave the sweeteners and flavorings out of it. The consumer can add that themselves.

    Would love to see the natural flavors explained more than "plant sources". Even better...get rid of them. Get rid of all the flavoring and sweeteners. People can add that themselves. Plant sources can still have a huge impact on organ function. That said, they have some great supplements for sure. Just need these last couple changes to take it to the max.

    Appreciate the video. I'll just say one thing. I know you take many supplements and these are the main products. However, I feel that the average person simply cannot afford to pour money into these supplements, even just a quality protein on a month to month basis. $50-60 for a 2lb quality protein? Then add in everything else you talked about. HUH? The cost of the supplement industry is truly insane. I for one have a mortgage to pay, utilities, kids to feed, keeping my kids active in swimming, track, music lessons, put money back so I can retire, etc.. And the cost never stops going up. Who affords this stuff? I even have a good job. I mean really at this point, I think I have to settle with the Walmart protein. Everyone talks about taking all these supplements but no on talks about the astronomical cost. I hope I'm not the only who feels like this. Sorry, done venting, love the channel.

      Use your money to Eat Beef, Chicken, Fish for protein source and nutrition and after that ONLY try Creatine as a supplement.
      Besides that, work hard at balancing progressive resistance training with recuperation and you have a fairly natural and productive way to get strong and in shape without any other B.S.
      Master the basics and you’ll go farther than most who make things complex and confusing.

      @@ajaronis1 to give more clarity as to why I have this perspective I should’ve mentioned what I did about 30+ years ago in regards to supplements.
      I knew people who were spending $100-$200 per month on supplements from GNC and nutrition stores. I simply couldn’t justify spending that much money so I did a personal experiment and tried only one supplement at a time for 30 to 60 days and if I didn’t notice any considerable difference from taking the supplement as opposed to just eating right and working out hard then I dumped the supplement.
      I tried that for about a year with different supplements, and found out that most (if not All) were a bunch of crap.
      The only supplement I’ve ever done that I saw was worthwhile was Creatine And maybe a good protein supplement if I was on the go.
      Try it for yourself and you’ll see then the Truth will set you free.
      Good luck to you on your journey to better health and a stronger body.

      @@PaulSklarxfithi Paul can I ask, when you make your after workout protein shake you add the creatine to that shake as well in one? And do you increase the water count to it?

    • @PaulSklarxfit

      @CalyCal76 yes directly to the shake. I typically add more water than I need to most of my shakes so it works out. Always hydrate properly💪🏼

    Good day and thank you for the informative videos you post. I am 55 years old and I work out 4 times a week with weights, I wanted to ask how long should I take a break from the gym to rest. Thanks in advance.

    When do you inject your TRT?

    I was going to try Transparent labs but then I came across Naked whey because they don't have anything in the protein besides whey.
    What's your take on Naked whey?
    It is super clean.

    • @PaulSklarxfit
      @PaulSklarxfit  3 месяца назад +1

      It is extremely clean. The issue is going to be the taste. Pure whey protein by itself is not the best tasting. For me, Transparent gives me the best of both worlds.

      @@PaulSklarxfit thanks for the reply! I add organic peanut butter powder to my whey, it only has 2g of added coconut palm sugar in it just to give it some kind of flavor. I am the same way as you, I only consume foods with minimal ingredients.

      I certainly feel like my hair has gotten thicker since using it. Hard to say since hair is so genetic.

    I have a question :) I notice when you make your shake you are taking 42 grams of protein at a time. However, the human body can only absorb 25 grams at a time (every 2 hours). How are you overcoming that?

    • @PaulSklarxfit
      @PaulSklarxfit  Год назад +1

      I drink it slowly over a 30-60 min time period.
