This is refreshing to hear and not at all what I normally hear in the industry. I'm 54 and I train and eat what I consider intuitively for my personal lifestyle. And it's important because it's not forcing a lifestyle that isn't of my choosing. This means that I stick to it, remain consistent and enjoy it. Then again; I'm not a fitness influencer, elite sportsman or athlete. But I'm 1.75m, 74kg, about 17% bf and that's just fine with me...
Great to see someone advocating leg sessions!! Absolutely correct with the fact that bigger muscles give a bigger output and require more o2 and calories. Great teaching👍
I don't count macros either. Mainly intuition based. I only count my protein eat low amount of carbs and eat mainly super foods. It is working very well for me so for. Been going to gym everyday for past two months. I was 5' 8" and 189 lbs and now I'm 171 lbs. I aim to work out every muscle in my body, but my core really needed work, especially obliques. Been focusing mainly on that area. My physique is looking amazing. I feel so dedicated more than ever I feel this is now a lifelong passion of mine. Thanks to the guidance you have brought forth. I even bought some of the TL protein powder because it's very clean straight forward stuff.
I'm new to your channel and I always enjoy your videos. Fortunately, when it comes to LEG DAY, I genuinely look forward to it! My biggest struggle is maintaining healthy eating habits.🙄
I think that was the most informative video I ever seen my man no bs can't get rid of a little belly fat no matter what I do don't do much legs gonna do alit more see what happens especially deadlifts
Just got back from the gym. Started using my transparent labs protein powder. I been doing 1 cup goat milk kefir frozen banana water and some pb fit powder
layed it clear as day. this is the method ive been embodying over the past 2 years and i feel stronger and more in tune then ever before. Salute to a real one leading the youth. your an inspiration and lighthouse to all of us athletes.
Just discovered your Channel / IG. Love it. Improving my Workout routine guided by your tips. PS: You should consider improving sound quality of your RUclips videos (better microphone).
I really like doing legs, but I always get DOMS if I go heavy. I do a heavy leg workout, a lighter high volume leg work out and a leg/ back workout once per week. Three leg workouts peer week. This plus more moving such as NEAT and treadmill work have really helped me get results.
My goal is to get back to where I was before I moved to. My current location are used to be between 185 and 190 pounds with no more than 10% body fat and I’m working hard in the gym I am currently 256 pounds and I’m taking in, no less than 200 g of protein a day and I’m over 40
I must be the the opposite I love legs, legs are like roots of a tree they Need to be worked n strong. One thing I have done is upped my reps from 10 -12 to 20 5 times or 6 times after watching the strength n intensity video which aimed at 10 sets of 20... a killer
Hello Paul, I want to know what you thought about the plant-based diet. Do you think you could build good quality muscle mass eating nothing but organic plant-based Whole Foods?
I think it’s possible and depends on the person, their age, muscular predisposition, etc. I’m not a fan of going to extremes, one way or the other, though. Personally, I don’t think that type of diet is conducive to muscle building.
Paul, my research indicates that extra muscle mass really does not help you much in regard to your metabolism at rest. Increased muscle mass mainly helps you burn more calories while engaged in activity. Most of your resting metabolism calorie expenditure is for vital body functions not muscular/skeletal. BMR
Just look at the average American to see the effects of “intuitive” eating. At least your willing to admit later in the video that this will not work for the majority of people. If it were the case, you sir would be out of a job 😂
I love leg day. I love squats. 3 plates, 4 plates, 5 plates. Plus I have salt and pepper hair so I get the stares by the younger lifters because they see me busting my butt (pun intended) even though I’m almost 50.
Paul consider getting a boom mic or a lapel mic. This video is so good and filled with so much value. Thanks again!

As always very thoughtful and well said. You can be very motivating without being super preachy which I really appreciate.
Amazing info! I recommend you to lower the music volume that way what you’re saying can be clear

Absolutely spot-on information but the music is way too loud. Dont need any music in these types of videos I'm thinking.
Just got back from the gym. Started using my transparent labs protein powder. I been doing 1 cup goat milk kefir frozen banana water and some pb fit powder

Makes sense. What do you recommend for knee pain issues? (Knees over toes method of walking in reverse has helped me big time.)
It's funny, as a woman I love leg day and despise upper body!! I'll do it but I don't like it!
People complicate things. Although (and obvious) you give good insight and advice.
Good video with nice grounded information. Music is a bit distracting though. That made it hard to sit through.
I'm a speed skater - I can feel fat burning going up hill at full clip . Every day is leg day!
Leg day didn’t become an issue until I got north of 50. Knees ain’t diggin what I’m doin, even lightweights these days aren’t happening
Great content. Thanks paul
Plz upload some metabolism workout with dumbbells item
I’ve done 100-150 leg extensions at the end of each workout
Thanks for this video. Ur a great motivator
The best recommendation... Eat intuitively and work out legs to accelerate the metabolism.
Leg Day for me is every Wednesday...I work Calves M-W-F. I really hate legs day, but I do it...walking lunges wear me out.
Thank you buddy
Great video!!
love this VDO, Thanks Sir
Incrediblly awesome video ❤
Gotta keep track of calories…. How are you gonna know if you are in a deficit or surplus…..?
Calories in calories out and exercise and I’m good.
What are your thoughts on working legs everyday?
Thanks paul for inspired me

J'espère monsieur que vous faites de sous titre à vos vidéos en français pour les gens qui ne comprennent pas l'anglais

I prefer 2
Je comprend pas l'anglais mai je suit se que vous faite
I love leg day.
Maybe it should be noted that women notice good legs as much as what is above the waist. If that provides motivation.
Good informatins sir thanks
How many days a week we can workout legs?
Fantastic amazing content, with tact so as not to offend those of us who occasionally misbehave.
Hey Paul do you have an affiliate program for your products?
Legs twice a week or more. Never skip!
Nutrition + exercices + steroids = fat lost....😊
Working out legs is a natural testosterone booster. 😅
