- I've been wanting to do this for over a year, but now it's REALITY! We got a van!!! Here's a quick tour of my brand new Pro Master 2500 (159" WB). As you'll see, mine has a few unusual features that are going to make my conversion a lot different than most of the ones you'll see elsewhere on RUclips and social media. I need a van that can transport more than just 2 people to a ride, yet still have room for my wife and I to use it as a camper on the weekends. I think we found the perfect platform to build off of. As we convert this into the ultimate weekend adventure rig, I'll be documenting it all right here, so make sure you Subscribe and like this video too! So I’ve been eyeing this set up for like ever! Literally, the most practical vehicle in the entire world for a working family man.
Apparently in Wisconsin I have to drive to like California to get this set up for a new van. Where do you live and how hard was it to get this crew van set up for yourself? Were you able to order it from the factory with the crew package?
I lived in central California at the time, bought the van at the Ram dealership in Watsonville. They we’re getting them in equipped that way in the summer of 21. I had seen it first at the dealership in Turlock, but they were already spoken for. Then came across the same setup over near the coast and was able to grab her.
I'm thinking of adding the crew van upfit on my older 159" promaster window van. Looking forward to seeing your process!

That 2nd row seating option is not a cheap option. It’s an excellent option if a person doesn’t mind that it uses up a lot of cargo space.

Not yet completely. We got derailed the summer we got it by high material prices and lack of availability, then we relocated the next spring, bought a new business and things have been crazy. Still planning on it, just had to re-prioritize 😁 Thanks for watching and we will definitely update when there is progress.
Do the seats have a car seat option? I have a little baby who I need to take on small gigs and I want to make sure before I go look at one

Nive van. I was thinking to get one for my painting business but still use it for trips with my family. Whats the floor lenght from divider to back door? How much extra lenght you get under the back seats. Thx
Thanks for watching! I’ve got 8.5’ + from the partition to the back doors. There’s about 2 feet of space underneath the partition/back seat. Hope that helps.

how the heck did he get these backseat in may of 2021?!, I though these seat were an option of the 2023 model

Ram did a bad package the seats should be easly removed
