Another awesome honest video. I have to ask jewelers over the years how to clean chains. They always offered to sell me some type of jewelry cleaner for around five bucks. This was years ago before the internet & RUclips and Jacoje came along. Thank goodness for you guys and your honesty. Thanks for sharing your videos. Stay well & safe guys.

I use Palmolive dish soap and some warm water. Sometimes before the dish soap bath I let my gold sit in white vinegar for about 1/2 hr. Restores that warm gold shine.

Boil the hot water, then hot water and baking soda. Then after the the dirt has risen to the top of the water, take out and rinse in water and use dish washing soap with toothbrush to further clean and give it that shiny polished look and that’s it, good as new.

    Great stuff here.
I think its safe to say you should always use the least abrasive method first. Like detailing cars. You wanna try to take the least amount of clear cloat off as possible for the expectations of the customer.
So for example. The most abrasive method would be to completely re polish the cuban link chain, which can be done, however, every time you clean aggressively, you risk losing material, thus, losing money.
This will never do that, just syaing.
Anyway, no clue why i even said that, take care guys thanks for the video.
