Parasites in fish flesh

When we grow food in aquaponics, we want to grow a food that is sustainable, tasty and healthy.
You may be aware that fish can be affected by parasites. Some of those parasites such as "Anisakis" can be transmitted to human and cause terrible health issues. So the question is, are the fish we are growing in aquaponics really safe for human consumption???
