Modern vs Traditional Shrimp Farming

Latest shrimp farming system comprise of small circular tank with dimensions of 35m x 35m x 1m and pond bottom lined by geomembrane. This pond can hold 1000 tons of water and by using Biofloc technology can produce 10 to 15 tons of shrimp per pond yearly.
