It's almost impossible to be perfect with things like that in today's world. Every break we can take is beneficial. We have to view our approach like that. Also, remember, it's not technology in and of itself that is bad. It's the way we use it. We can use it in constructive ways or less constructive ways. When in doubt ask yourself, "am I using technology or is technology using me?"

That testosterone spike after a week is so real. This year I was quite unsuccessful in quitting porn as whole, but keeping it once every week or two I felt the best I've been in terms of motivation and working out. I'm three weeks in with an intent to quit completely again, and the abrupt recession of that testosterone peek is very tangible as I struggled with low motivation and fatigue the past week. Thanks for posting this video, having your experience affirmed by others really helps with the journey.
I’ve found day 14 and 21 and 30 as the real bottlenecks to longer streaks. Sometimes within a few days around there. The first two weeks are definitely where I failed the most often tho.

I'am around day 22 and I didn't see any benefits except on energy level.I don't expect to seeing benefits immediately. This is a years of addiction but I know I'll see benefits if I continue with consistently

I’m on day 16 and seriously contemplating relapsing. The urges are insane I can’t think of anything other than sex.

Hi Bob, this is a excellent video. Watch it a couple times and will rewatch it again. I am on 93 days porn free, But I struggle with the M with fantasy. On average I get to 2 to 3 days no M then relapse. I make goals to to hit 7 and try to build from there. I have only made it to one 5 day and 6 day stretch. I’m really worried the M will make my relapse back to porn. I’m 65 and struggle with energy. The no fap really does help a lot.

If you've followed my videos for some time, by now you understand that staying away from online porn is the thing that'll give you the most benefits. If the M doesn't make you relapse back to porn then don't even worry about it. Because porn free M is not a problem for the dopamine system. Again, GREAT job for staying away from the porn. I'm really proud of you!

Not really sure how you define "score" there. But if you by score mean counting days since your last NoFap relapse then, no, of course it doesn't. But NoFap isn't about getting a high "score". It's about getting a healthier brain and better life, which obviously smoking cigarettes won't help you with.

It's very important to find something to channel the energy into. Physical exercise is a given...everyone should do that. Then I also, strongly, recommend everyone to have goals that they keep working pretty hard on. In addition to that, as old as it's starting to sound my now, cold showers and meditation are two NoFap tools that helps with a lot of things, especially irritability.

Before watching, im gonna say day 60... I always felt urges get much less and even tho they come back that feeling that you are at your brains mercy when it comes to relapsing really decreases....
Also around 56 days delta fos B is breaking apart and your brain stops treating pmo/mo as a NEED for survival

What about a 45 year old man who’s been doing this multiple times a day. It’s been three months. He’s getting night time binders and morning word but it’s usually a pee hard on. I’m so worried. I’m his wife. This has devastated me. Help??!!!!
