That’s why I quit DoorDash. I got paid $10 to drive 12 miles with low lit apartment complex that you could not see the apartment numbers. I tried to call the customer to let them know I was there according to the instructions and the button to call customer did not work. I tried rebooting my phone. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling the appand Customer was mad at me. That was my first and last DoorDash delivery if I was doing Uber, I would have made $20 for that same ride with one person and would have spent 20 minutes and that’s it so now I Uber or Lyft.
Hey man I order food all the time and I have been upset with a driver exactly once. I know y'all work for tips and ratings are important, you aren't out here trying to make our delivery terrible. Whenever something is missing it is 100% on the restaurant.
Yeah, that’s why I didn’t yell at my driver the other day. The whole set of groceries was the wrong ones. They put my names on someone else’s groceries. It was Amazon groceries
