I work for csc for Safeway corporations so all store affiliated with them like 15 or so and I cannot tell you how many times people will call and blame the driver that just comes and picks up the order from our store. They don’t even step foot inside of it and they blame the drivers and then they say I don’t want to tip the driver refund my tip and I sit there and say well I can refund it to you but driver still gonna get that tip because it’s refunding from our system and not from the Uber or DoorDash app and then they get all pissed off and it’s just hilarious to get to hear them all about it. and then there’s the ones I get mad because the drivers can’t find their building and leave it up at the lobby or the front office instead of bringing it to their apartments and I say well did you put the building number in the delivery note cause I can tell you and I was a delivery driver. That was my biggest issue with that building number and only the gate code or the ones that put the building number and not the gate code and get mad when we just leave their order outside the gate because they don’t bother to buzz us in or give us the code. I hate people. Lol

Yeah, that’s why I didn’t yell at my driver the other day. The whole set of groceries was the wrong ones. They put my names on someone else’s groceries. It was Amazon groceries

That’s why I quit DoorDash. I got paid $10 to drive 12 miles with low lit apartment complex that you could not see the apartment numbers. I tried to call the customer to let them know I was there according to the instructions and the button to call customer did not work. I tried rebooting my phone. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling the appand Customer was mad at me. That was my first and last DoorDash delivery if I was doing Uber, I would have made $20 for that same ride with one person and would have spent 20 minutes and that’s it so now I Uber or Lyft.

Hey man I order food all the time and I have been upset with a driver exactly once. I know y'all work for tips and ratings are important, you aren't out here trying to make our delivery terrible. Whenever something is missing it is 100% on the restaurant.
