The first question a vet asks when you bring in your pet is “What are you feeding them?” My husband was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease a year and a half ago and his neurologist literally pointed to a poster on his wall when we asked about diet. He said limit red meat because everyone knows it’s bad. It’s criminal that these physicians don’t know anything about real nutrition.
Hope your husband is coping ok with the changes PD brings. My Mum was diagnosed at 80. She is 83 now and is struggling to cope with what will make her better. No one seems to be offering her hope. It’s just increase your Madapar which increases her hallucinations. I’ve tried to encourage her to be ketogenic but she craves bread and sweet food and can’t understand how red meat can be better for her than traditional western diet advice. It’s so sad and I can’t make her. It’s her life.
@ My husband craves all things bread. He’s about ready to totally give in to the PD meds. His tremor in his right hand are bad. He can still work and drive, but everyday things we take for granted are harder for him. Showers, brushing his teeth, all a struggle. I am hoping he will give this lifestyle a real try. I think his biggest issue could be gut health. He’s had a messed up gut, probably since he was born and possibly before he was born. He’s had dabbled in the diet a bit and he is already heavy meat based, but to cut out the carbs it’s the hardest to do. Praying for your mom. I know it’s so hard when the loved one your trying to help won’t listen. The one thing that may keep my husband trying is that he has a close friend who is eating this way and is in remission from his MS. 🙏🙏
And yet they pretend they do by recommending what is on the poster. They willingly take and exhibit that authority so to me they no longer get a pass for i didn't know.

I make a batch of egg bites (think Starbucks, but healthy). I put them in fridge for my husband to eat before work, as he leaves very early. I cook batches of bacon and sausage as well. It can be done.

I frequent different grocery stores that are very close to my house and find the use today or freeze labels and have gotten all kinds of cuts of meat from porterhouse steaks, strip steaks ribeye Wagyu and have filled my freezer. Menopause and perimenopause ladies… eating higher fat has literally knocked down my hot flashes nearly immediately. If I eat enough fat, I barely have any. That alone should be inspiring.
Regarding doctors addressing my diet: I never had a doctor ask me "what is your diet like?" or "what do you eat?" I did get the fat doctor on call at the pregnancy center who said (when I asked about the severe hip pains I was having in my second and third trimester) "what do you expect, look at you, you're fat". Mind you I only gained a full 23 lbs during my whole 41.5-week pregnancy (mainly because I couldn't keep anything at all down for at least 7 months-yet still no concern from the doctor) and lost it all by my 6-week checkup. (Yes, I was 50 lbs overweight when I got pregnant, and I was aware-but he was a lot bigger than that himself.) Later, I was seeing a doctor I'd chosen just to deliver my weekly antigen shots (took me two years to realize that was a waste of time and effort before I stopped them), who didn't bother asking any questions but responded to something I said (no, I did not ask for his opinion) with "you have to do what I do...go vegetarian." He said he lost a lot of weight when he did that. This little round body on spindly legs reminded me of "It's Time for Timer" in the 70's and 80's. Anytime I went to a doctor to specifically seek answers for my chronic pain issues, severe allergy symptoms and other issues they NEVER asked me any questions, NEVER answered any questions but would spend less than 5 min in the room with me and hand me a prescription for pain pills - that I refused to fill because it wasn't going to do anything for me anyway. I didn't want pills, I wanted answers. They never inquired as to my lifestyle or diet. They never asked me my symptoms or anything else that might have led them to give me answers. They never bothered to even offer to run tests to see if there were answers there. Just a little white piece of paper and a giant bill for their expertise. I stopped going to doctors years ago except for emergencies and started to seek answers for myself. It's taken me way too long to get the answers that I started seeking when I was 18. I just turned 57. I do wish I'd stumbled on the Keto Carnivore lifestyle a long time ago.

Tracy properly treats every carnivore doubter just how they should be treated; by directly telling them THEY have the problems and carnivore is the only real solution. It's the rest of the world that needs to defend their horrific and self destructive food choices, not carnivores.

BTW great channel keep up the great work
It can be very very very challenging to get ppl to understand the direct connection between what ypu eat and any given illness - the disconnect is decades in the making & (if it continues) it will contribute to the demise of humanity.
When I first started carnivore I was eating a lot of beef and started gaining weight so I started exercising a lot and intermittent fasting and finally lost 25 pounds in four months, my body is stubborn. My health has improved a lot though. I had cheat days though, 1-3 days a month but I'm disciplined enough to get right back on it the next day. Well now after lowering protein a bit and adding lots of butter I'm starting to lose weight. I eat one carnivore meal a day and butter once or twice a day . I found the right formula for me. My body loves fat.
In the world of contract law, if you're not of sound mind, you are not to be engaging in contracts, so could a legal team deem your house purchase not valid if your nutrition is focused on sugars? Why do they not study the reversal of disease indeed? In my experience, when I started looking and feeling better, my doctors were put off by my miraculous rejuvenation, and now, with my endo terminating my testosterone prescription, it confirmed that they wanted me sick. So, I strive to get fit and not worry about the doctors; I do not want to be a slave to them.
I like going to theme parks like six flags, the smells of oil and sugar are far worse at fairs and such, than passing restaurants. Due to the lack of carnivore food, I end up just fasting for the day when I go to a theme park.
You can fry an egg over easy, then microwave it 45-50 seconds. It heats up and doesn’t cook the yoke. It is still perfectly over easy and the white is still perfect. Not rubbery. I always microwaved scrambled eggs, but never knew you can do it to fried eggs until recently.
I always loved beef...Now that I got away from sugar, from carbohydrates, I feel great. My health markers are drastically improved... I won't be going back.
Does anyone have experience on growing back damaged cartilage through eating a carnivore diet? I've had RA for decades and the damage to my joints is significant. My hips are both really destroyed and are very painful when I move. I'm on the Great Canadian Waitlist for total hip replacement surgery, but would really prefer regrowth of my cartilage rather than going under the knife.
I believe that the one thing that we get from our parents is not inherited. It is to learn how to eat. And that is the way we eat usually our whole life
I'll take the sugar addicts over the vegans any day, at least they are not angry mini dictators. For the most part. Some of the (magical) fiber and (magical) balanced rainbow diet people are pretty bad too 😂 Good interview, I always love seeing the younger folks getting into carnivore. Wish I did it when I was younger too. Edit: Nevermind on the age, you're 45? Remarkable! 🥩💪
What is going to happen if we we all start to eat proper human diet from tomorrow? I'm afraid all countries will collapse because system's are established that way.
Tracy’s comment about not being sick for the last four-ish years, is interesting. I think that was during lock down. I’m still trying to understand what went on. Dr David Brownstein’s physician practice experience, provided excellent insight. But, my wife and I (carnivorish for more than three years), don’t think we’ve contracted covid. We didn’t test but we haven’t had upper respiratory issues or lost taste or smell. We did travel inter state, where permitted, during general lock down. We did get vaccine but didn’t get covid like non-low/no carb friends. Just curious what other carnivore’s experience, was/is.
I've been carnivore since November 2019 and haven't been sick once, even though I've been on immunosuppressants for rheumatoid arthritis for about 12 years. I came through the C-era without a sniffle.
Started Carnivore back in 2020, since then the days I've been sick are now extremely few, and the symptoms don't last as long as they used too. Never tested positive for c, but did get 1 jaj shot for work, as my employer deemed it essential.
Hey! These episodes are getting screwed up on the podcast app, his episode is showing as Shawn and Jessica , her daughter is alive because of carnivore, this also happened with another episode that I could never find again
FYI - Inflammation is NOT "water retention" Good job convincing your son, a good example to all parents. In all of this I have no idea why Grandparents who were alive when they knew what to eat and were not brought up with TV and devices - have just sat back and watched their families fall apart. Seemingly oblivious to reality.

Please don’t add the jump cuts because it will improve the video & your message will be communicated much more effectively

This was an absolutely FANTASTIC interview !!! Best one I've seen in a long time, and that's saying something because they're all amazing.. Cheers Dr Shawn Baker. All the best. Pete from York, England... Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year...
Tracy properly treats every carnivore doubter just how they should be treated; by directly telling them THEY have the problems and carnivore is the only real solution.
It's the rest of the world that needs to defend their horrific and self destructive food choices, not carnivores.
The IQ of the World has dropped in the last 50 years. It drives me crazy!
😂
22:52 I am with you there! I don't like getting up early.. but i love my kids enough to make them eggs every morning before school, so they don't fall back to the cereal!!
Such an AMAZING interview!
Doc
Great guest!!! I have had some of the same realizations with my carnivore lifestyle experiences. I have been wondering if it was all in my head and why am I thinking so much better, how come I am not an ass hole anymore and am I really focused better than when eating all the crap.
BTW great channel keep up the great work
It can be very very very challenging to get ppl to understand the direct connection between what ypu eat and any given illness - the disconnect is decades in the making & (if it continues) it will contribute to the demise of humanity.
My new functional doc told me that she haven’t seen anything like that before! She said, I’m aging backwards 😂 Literally
Great interview.
This is a great interview!
Doctors never ask you what you about your diet and what you eat.
Love this Gal!!! 🤗🤗🤗
I just LOVE this woman !!
Oh I love Tracy !
Im traveling through SeaTac right now! Just had a meat patty with bacon and water. Easy.
You're right that we are not slaves.
Big yes to that!!
Thank you Tracy and Dr Baker ❤
You can cook bacon the night before and 10 to 12 seconds in the microwave and you're good to go
Does anyone else smell burning seed oils and sugar while driving or walking by any restaurant? No matter if it’s fast food or regular restaurant 🤢🤢
I like going to theme parks like six flags, the smells of oil and sugar are far worse at fairs and such, than passing restaurants. Due to the lack of carnivore food, I end up just fasting for the day when I go to a theme park.
All!!! I mean 100% I agree! My story’s mirror image! At 62 I feel better then when I was in my 30s!
Yay, Tracy!
I had no idea you could cook up an egg and then reheated in an air fryer. Amazing! Now I have to get one
Awesome!
Tracy B- I like her... she's got it going on.
Some have been JUST WHERE YOU ARE, and went totally high fat carnivore...pain gone
@@angieobes9835 I thought I had lots of fat in my diet, but I'd best add more. Thank-you!
Thank you
Heck yeah!! Take me to church 🙌🙌🙌
Oh I follow Tracey. Thats who she is!
Veggie burgers.. read the ingredients. All the flavor comes from seed oils.
She's a boss! Love it!
Same here! My hair doubled after going carnivore including many many other benefits! In 60s!!!!!
I do fasting if I travel
I believe that the one thing that we get from our parents is not inherited. It is to learn how to eat. And that is the way we eat usually our whole life
I'll take the sugar addicts over the vegans any day, at least they are not angry mini dictators. For the most part. Some of the (magical) fiber and (magical) balanced rainbow diet people are pretty bad too 😂
Good interview, I always love seeing the younger folks getting into carnivore. Wish I did it when I was younger too.
Edit: Nevermind on the age, you're 45? Remarkable!
🥩💪
fired my last doctor who pushed a plant based diet as healthy
Bravo!!!❤❤❤
Keep up the good work doctor. Doctors.
My mom was born in Snomish
Wow, 175kg, that's 2 people . Amazing story.
Cut sugar out and thrive
I buy a chuck roast and eggs. I stopped eating chips, bread, sugary foods and beer.......yeah I'm spending less money.
I would love to see a carnivore/keto food station at the airports!
spot on.
My husband and i didn't get C symptoms either during 2019-today
Started Carnivore back in 2020, since then the days I've been sick are now extremely few, and the symptoms don't last as long as they used too. Never tested positive for c, but did get 1 jaj shot for work, as my employer deemed it essential.
its a crazy world
i love her!!!!! how can i watch her
She's on r u m b l e
Hey! These episodes are getting screwed up on the podcast app, his episode is showing as Shawn and Jessica , her daughter is alive because of carnivore, this also happened with another episode that I could never find again
FYI - Inflammation is NOT "water retention"
Good job convincing your son, a good example to all parents.
In all of this I have no idea why Grandparents who were alive when they knew what to eat and were not brought up with TV and devices - have just sat back and watched their families fall apart. Seemingly oblivious to reality.
Beanz Beanz Beanz!!!!!! And Shawn
I've been banned for life from "X". This was after Elon Musk bought it.
if that’s true, it wasn’t because of the carnivore diet. More information would be helpful. Elon Musk is doing a great job by the way. You know why? He likes truth.
@@clint120 I would get a "violation" notice for no reason or a stupid reason and would be suspended for 24 hours. Then suspended for life after the third one. There was never a human involved just automatic notices. So either someone at X is still working against free speech or no one is in charge of the process and it was just an algorithm running with no real logic driving it. One of the violations was responding to someone's comment that they were still wearing masks everywhere they went. I responded with "Take your mask off". I got hit with making a suicidal comment. Maybe the person themselves flagged the comment thinking that I was telling them to "Off" themselves. That's probably what happened. If someone flags your comment for any reason, the algorithm takes over, no human involved.
@ Yes, probably just random mysterious censorship- notice your handle mysteriously disappeared?
@@ws7001 No, they sent me a notice and booted me. I can browse only what X sends me and I can't leave any comments or messages or like anything not even posts from Elon.
Freeze dried burgers to take with you when you travel.
Tracy, do you take supplements?
I love carnivore!!!
Mega Dittos!!!💪🔥❤
You could have hard boiled eggs in frig for kid to eat for bk
Tracy Beans is one of my favorite journalists! She uncovered a lot of deep state corruption!
The meat grifters
Common sense would suggest that a Mediterranean diet is a good place to start
That is proven
Carnivore FTW!
You can absolutely prep eggs and meat for breakfast in advance but it's so stupid fast to maje eggs that its silly as an excuse.
I had this I was having a panic attack at the dentist and they tried to give me sugar. Jesus
Listening 30 Dec 2024.
👍👍👍
😂 at 10:54 Dr Baker says the neurologists should study how these people are getting better, they wont due to their $ connectiins with phrma.
Theyre saving the red meat for themselves the eli te. All the peasants atr grains and were easily directed/controlled.
Your advice is wonderful but why are there so many jump cuts during the video? It’s very distracting and of course it’s not professional but shows amateur editing and I just wonder why you think it’s necessary to have continuous jump cuts of a very few frames if video for that matter! What purpose is it because it doesn’t shorten your video enough to matter and we enjoy what you’re saying. I couldn’t continue to watch because it is incredibly distracting. Please don’t add the jump cuts because it will improve the video & your message will be communicated much more effectively
