I'd be interested in exploring why she needs to eat carbs during her long runs. I am currently in the transition phase, but I have heard other carnivore LD runners do not need carbs during their runs.
I love hearing from an endurance athlete perspective. I'm off ultra running for now while my son is little, but I ran a 24 race and a 50 mile carnivore. No crashes and fairly even energy levels.
@bobdillin8388 the transition was brutal! I had to stop paying too much attention to Strava, but for a low and slow pace that eats up miles with minimal effort, it was the way to go for me. I'm not carnivore right now, but if I'm ever able to race again, I'll take a few months to transition before I start any sort of training block.
@JustBrittanyT I have no relation to this product other than buying and using it for a while, but on Amazon there some energy shots called KetoneIQ. These are actual energy shots that are solely exogeness ketones, no caffeine or other stims. I'm willing to bet this would help the endurance crowd a great deal.
I've been fat-adapted for almost five years thanks to ruminants, water, and salt. In November, I ran a fasted 5x5: five marathons in five days while fasting. I've also run three Boston Marathon qualifying times since fat-adaptation.
My wife is low carb and I’m carnivore so I try to eat a variety of meat as she will get gagged with too much of any one meat but I can eat steak and eggs every day it clears my head sleep like a baby all my arteries and veins open up my PB is 110/70. It’s like a drug.
Congratulations Jenny! Very impressive on the ultra races...I'm just happy to complete them no less podium for the age group...I still need to get further along on the carnivore journey ( 6 mos. so far) to see if I can eventually turn out better results.

very helpful on many levels; also certainly underscores the multiple experiences in this nutritional path, largely 'standing individually and alone' in the last analysis ...
I lived in Sydney for several years and I really miss the lamb. Back I. The US I buy Aussie or New Zealand lamb at the grocery store but it’s not as good.
People come and go. Not everyone watches from start to finish. Some links start the videos somewhere in the middle. Personally, I'd rather hear a Revero 100x before I'd tolerate any Pharma ad. I'd like to see the Revero adds become monetized, then I'd watch them in full so they generate ad revenue.

I've been Carnivore 2 years now, but I come at it from the bodybuilding side. I've always been curious about the endurance side.

Congrats to encouraging your 88 year old mom into going Keto/ carnivore. Never too late!
Thanks for sharing another great interview / testimonial.
Very interesting about the vitamin c. Good interview, always enjoy the long term carnivore ones. Thanks for sharing!
Missed it. When?
@zedman4068able I don't know. Just that some of it may help if you have constant squirts. She was getting it every third day or something like that.
At about 43mins

Think about joining Revero.
Very interesting story!

Try some local ranchers. I got some lamb from upstate NY and it was spectacular.
You go
Her beautiful blue eyes!!!
Yes, but her eyebrows need some attention. 😊
👍👍👍
I don't think you need to include the Revero ad twice. Or put the second one at the end.

I’d love to speak to this lady…..
Can the sales pitch move to the end of the videos?
