Now I don’t feel so bad when the Mrs., gets mad at me for doing maintenance items I did years ago ! So I feel your pain . All in all you show the right thing to . Very informative to all the hobbyists out ! 👏👏👏👏

Hey Ryan. Thanks for watching. No, my new friend from Australia is not the owner of that car. (I do know the car you're referring to though). I think he knows of that car also.
Maybe he'll see this and chime in.
      Until next time.

Good morning Nick. Rest assured the Mr. Jones project IS alive and well.
Simply put, there are only so many hours in the day.
I find that the best way for me to get things done is to really concentrate my efforts so..... like I've said in the videos, my car needed some attention. Truth be told, within our entire fleet here, the OG gets ultimate priority. Always has, always will. But please keep watching, I promise there's cool stuff coming up and of course , more Mr. Jones !!!!

Hey Jeff. I have to be honest, I don't recall seeing a separate message about the thicker discs. These messages and comments are often tough to find, heck sometimes I can't even find my replies!! We did not remove your comment.
      Thanks for touching base.

for my interest I gotta ask... 4 speed car...shawiiiiiiing... however why is the positive battery cable run up through the fender wheel well area instead of across the top of the motor as they did it from factory.. nothing screams look at my bad ass like a positive cable across the top of the block in route to the battery

Hello again Jeff. Thanks again for watching and paying such close attention.
The way I have the positive battery cable routed - along the fender well and not over the engine is correct for small blocks (350) with either automatic or manual transmissions. The only difference there would be that automatics have the cable in a horizontal location behind the engine whereas on manual transmission cars the cable transgresses the back of the engine in a vertical orientation.
I think you're thinking of how the cable is routed in the big block (400) cars. In those cars the positive battery cable does in fact run along the drivers side valve cover.
I hope this help clear things up.
      I appreciate your participation.
