How to get John Marston and Arthur to MAX beard & hair length (Level 10) RDR2

1. Go to the Van Horn Fence
2. Go inside and shoot the store owner
3. Use the BACK entrance, then go AROUND to the front entrance
4. Now there will be a prompt to "Wait till morning"
5. This prompt will be there for unlimited amounts of time, if it is not showing up, leave Van Horn and do this process again and it should come up unlimited times
6. Make sure to drink hair tonics, as you will need them to grow to level 10, get the Legend of the East satchel to carry 99 hair tonics at once
7. Now enjoy your Level 10 badass John Marston or Arthur beard!
