I love your new intro and graphics, Dakota! Awe that suri sweater is going to look beautiful in your engagement photos! I can totally see it matching so well with cherry blossom trees 😍 I'm sorry about your cardigan not working out how you wanted it too - the cables do look beautiful! I'm currently working on the last sleeve of my harlow vneck sweater, so hoping I can get that off the needles soon! Happy knitting and have fun taking your engagement photos!

Thank you for noticing! 😝 I definitely had fun doing something different.
It’s okay, that’s just the down side of knitting! But what’s cool about this hobby is we can always reuse the materials if we don’t like it.
      That’s exciting! I can’t wait to see it ❤️

Congratulations on your engagement :). When you first mentioned you fiancé some podcasts back, I listed to the podcast you both participated in. Happy to see, things turned out great for you both. Regarding knitting (the thing we're truly here for ;)): I relate so much to having one simple aversion (for you picking up stitches) that keeps you from continuing a knit ;). For me it's short row sleeve caps. Don't know why, but I truly distaste them. German short rows in the neck no problem, but on sleeves... I have a wrap cardigan on my needles right now, which only has one sleeve left, we will see if maybe I can get over myself till April 9th as well ;).

Awh thank you so much that really means a lot! It’s crazy how much has changed in such a short amount of time! I think they want to bring us back on for an update 😝😝 I’ll have to wear something knitted next time
Ugh thank you! I had to do short row shaping on sleeves for one sweater I did and I honestly didn’t really love it either. Idk if it’s just the way I did it, but my sleeves turned out quite puffy.
You can do it!! We still have 5 days to go! I’m about a quarter way through my sleeve 😂

Congrats! 🎉 hey you could try put an elastic nylonthread on the back of the neck, see if that helps.

Thank you! That’s a great idea. I haven’t tried the elastic thread yet, just the elastic band on some other sweater projects
