When Spaniards arrived in Mexico, they were surprised with the sweet taste of chocolate. They took it to Europe and added sugar and milk. Vanilla also came from Mexico.
yes, it's still processed with the metate and the molinillo, that's the Mexican name of the instruments used, indeed, both cacao and vanilla originate here as well as many other common ingredients everyone uses nowadays 😊

Yo, I need to find a way to get me some of that. I bet it's crazy expensive but probably well worth it. Idk the Korean food prices but I know in America most of the ingredients he/she was working with are pretty pricey. Plus there was a decent bit of work that went into making that. Which I appreciate so much, I love when someone owns a business such as this and you can tell it's made with love and perfection. That's where I think this world is going wrong with its products. It used to be something people would make to the best of their abilities because they had pride in their work/product now it's all about how much you can push out in the quickest time which kills a good product. Which is mainly on greedy companies choosing more money over a good product and sadly the workers have to fall in line and be worked like dogs. This creates resentment from the workers to the company which leads to an even worse product. Quality>Quantity

one thing i really admire about the food industry in Korea and Japan is they keep their kitchen restaurant impeccably clean super clean as clean as a pre opp surgery room and to me the most important thing i look at before eating at a place is if the restaurant is clean i dont care how good some tells me a restaurant is and how amazing their food is if they have a dirty environment its a no go for me
The health food inspections are way worse in japan...my mom spent 11 months over in japan back in the 70s and she said you could eat of the side of the roads it was so clean

저 틀이 낡아서 가루 긁히기전에 틀이 먼저 미세하게 금이 가면서 수명을 다할겁니다. 초콜릿은 수분이 들어가면 안되는 제품이라 틀 청소도 상당히 까다롭게 하는데요. 그냥 간단한 모양의 플라스틱 틀같이 보이지만, 가격도 저렴하진 않습니다.(물론 싸구려제품도 있겠지만요;) 마지막으로 막 긁어대는것 같이 보이시겠지만, 최대한 초콜릿만 제거하는 작업입니다.

The table thing with chocolate is called tempering. Chocolate has to be cooled consistently to the right temp before pouring into mold.
