I love watching different cultures around the world making their own stuff.. in the US we don’t hardly ever see things like this being made anymore.. so many factories have taken over our food industries and cutting out the mom and pop stores that once did this.. there’s so many more health problems in her US from the processed foods we eat, not to mention more obesity here than other parts of the world.. I would love to travel and see these kind of places and try the foods prepared by different cultures
Thanks for watching the video and for your comments! ! The shop that makes this candy has imported technology from Barcelona to Japan and has gained a great reputation in Japan. The candies made one by one by craftsmen are fun to look at and delicious to eat! When you come to Japan, please stop by the shop and see them making candies! And please buy 😄

Japanese people have always had a spirit of respect for "craftsmanship. Amezaiku is another example of craftsmanship. I don't eat sugar-based candies because of my high blood sugar level, but enjoy just looking at it.
You are masters of your art - from the beautiful design to the consistent cut of each piece of candy. 👏👏👏🌹🌹🌹 I really enjoyed watching you work. I hope you get time to rest your hands and arms in between shifts 😅
When he was pouring the molten candy I thought “that looks pretty dangerous”. Then the cam zoomed in on his arms riddled with burn marks and I was like “oh”
You know, I was somewhat bemused by the odd pattern on the right hand table where they assembled the candy. I couldn't work out what the red markings were meant to be. Were they spills of red coloured candy mix? Or simply very skillfully painted marks made to fool the eye into thinking they were spills? It wasn't until I'd almost reached end of the video until I realised what they actually were... clamps holding the table together!
