学生時代手作りでバレンタインのチョコレートつくったけど、作ったあと台所が悲惨なことになった。プロと素人以下の子供を比較するのはおこがましいけど、チョコをただ溶かして固めるだけのことよりはるかに難しい作業をしてるのに、作業台がずっと綺麗なのすさまじくすごい…手際がすさまじく良いことの現れなんだろうな。プロってすごい(小並感)

I think the dedication of a chocolatier is really amazing, how from them sorting, roasting, smoothing the cocoa beans to finally become chocolate bars that are ready to be packaged neatly and beautifully,that's all really precious!! Good job!!

However, dark chocolate or raw cocoa nibs have 0-maybe 6 g of added sugar, if you’re buying 80-95% cocoa. Always check the ingredient label to see how much added sugar is present, and consider buying dark chocolate or raw cocoa nibs!

This patisserie is doing chochelate with love and patience. That is the difference. Normally lot s of the chocolates are industrial. I believe that the difference is making your job with love. It will make everything better

The passion put into just making these is already enough to sell me on it. The price is definitely okay for me seeing how much care is put into making sure the taste, quality, and faithfulness to its natural ingredients are all perfect for the consumer. Heck, they even hand wrap the bars like their firstborn babies.
Shows how much care is put in for these little treats that we could probably eat in around 30 seconds.

The tempering part of chocolate..better to not wear gloves...but to wash hands often.
When cooking it, the flavour of the gloves tend to stick to the chocolate when not frozen. But after freezing, it’s best to wear gloves
