Vanilla bean? During the "milk cream donut" segment? The vanilla bean is scraped to get all the tiny vanilla bean specks for flavor, then the vanilla bean pod is cooked in the milk to give even more vanilla flavor. That part?
And used again for the "American pecan pie". It's vanilla beans. Real vanilla.

Not trying to be rude I am more curious then anything so can anyone tell me why during the chapter titled oreo cheesecake when all the four different types of cake were done baking which based on what I saw being added to the mixer first were not cheesecake considering unless I saw incorrect the first ingredient that they added to the bowl of the mixer wasn’t cream cheese but butter and unless I am blind then they never added any cream cheese but they did add a pretty decent amount of whipped egg white and due to my knowledge and the internet I am pretty sure that the filling of a cheese cake is a type of baked custard containing eggs with little to no separation of the egg white and yolk but after all the not cheesecake came out of the oven the tops of all of them looked a bit under risen and somehow also burnt can someone explain to me why the tops all looks burnt and the middle also looks kinda like someone decided to cut a shallow sinkhole into the surface of the cakes as normally a cake domes up and usually when a cheesecake is fully set while it does usually dome a bit downward it’s not also burnt and it’s also not very significant

The use of gloves is and is not recommended, normally the hand is cleaner than the glove, you just need to know how to sanitize it correctly
Obviously, depending on the circumstances, the use of gloves is mandatory, but only in case of injuries, poor hygiene of the area and/or the use of accessories on the hands

It's nutella it tastes like garbage anyways. It's cheep chocolate for the poor.
All this is no longer baking. Real baking goes with real butter instead of using the cheapest oil like rapeseed oil, which is unhealthy for the body. Real baking goes with butter and milk, cream and real cocoa and not the unhealthy Nutella. The cakes and rolls are just bloated and puffed up, have no nutritional value and form gases in the body. The Scheibletten cheese which is represented here as Cheddar cheese, is plastic and that should be known slowly everywhere. The corn starch is unhealthy, hardly anyone takes the healthy tapioca starch and the many sugars let cakes only taste sweet but nothing more herausschmecken, not even the vanilla is still real or only scratched. It's just embarrassing how the good old German craftsmanship was first copied and then spoiled with cheap ingredients. The main thing is profit and just some flavor.
Yes, agree... Butter, Milk, Cream, Flour, Sugar, Salt. Egg (Baking Powder) or Yeast. NO OIL!! Then flavoring the pastries,, Real CoCo Powder,, or Real Fruit Filling ABUNDENTLY,,,from fresh good fruit! Or,,, Good Cinnamon/Apple,,,,, All REAL INGREDIENTS,, NO PROCESSED CHEESE (ICK!!),,,,,,,, It is the NO BUTTER and that OIL,,,,, that will ruin it,
Not everyone can afford those pricey ingredients, and if someone wanted a healthy meal they wouldn't be eating only this, grow up

And actually the average person can certainly afford those ingredients,,,, if you buy junk after junk That is expensive. Milk, Butter, Flour all basic ingredients,, If you can't afford Milk Butter and Flour, then a person should be eligible for a food pantry. (where they give you milk, eggs, flour). I realize it takes time and effort to bake things, but it is a cooking channel. pleaes don't insult this man and the facts of what baking really is.
