Too bad they had to close. Their bread creations looked phenomenal. I’m not adventurous with breads but I would try some of their creations. Especially the chocolate based ones. I hope someday the owner will be back to baking breads for the public. The video showed how skillful and imaginative they are. Thank you for making and sharing this video.

A very meditative video, there is something very satisfying watching professionals of this quality doing their office, like "this is how the magic happens !" ❤ As a French guy, i would yappily go to this boulangerie, just to check if the content is as good as the façade, too bad it had to close doors 😥 A thing, maybe the biggest thing connecting Japan to France and the other way around, is food : we value highly what we eat, and go to great lenghts to make sure we have the most bang for our buck, and for a French, bread, so the boulangerie, is the foundation of everything, nothing you can do without a solid foundation, ask the designers of Pise's tower 😅😂🤣 Very nice video, great pros, not a single unnecessary word while working, everyone knowing "the plan" and doing his part for the show to go on, a (scandalously exhausting, i guess 😅) splendid work on photo and montage 👍❤🖖
