Over 40 years ago I went to a Psychiatrist who specialized in hypnosis to quit smoking. He taught me self-hypnosis so that I could reinforce his no-smoking commands as needed. I quickly learned about the mind/body connection and used it to stop headaches immediately and eventually control stress-caused excess acid in my stomach, healing a developing ulcer at 30. I no longer have to go through the long self-hypnotizing exercise to get to that place in my mind that connects me to my body. I close my eyes for just a few seconds, breathe in, concentrate on the affected area, and start visualizing repair. As a result, as a 76-year-old (who also eats properly and takes good supplements) I have the numbers of a 20-year-old, take no medications, and am teaching my doctor (yes, I have yearly exams) about proper nutrition. Self-hypnosis is a wonderful tool. It should be taught to children. Of course, that would greatly reduce our need for medical intervention, so it will probably never happen until this world becomes much more enlightened.

@@nicolecox923 Go to a professional; a psychiatrist who can teach you how to use hypnosis. Meanwhile, relax, close your eyes, and visualize an army attacking the cancer. I'll add my prayers and positive vibes to assist
@@nicolecox923 Darn Grammerly keeps interfering with my answer. This is my third try. Oops! Go to a professional hypnotist; preferably a psychiatrist who specializes. In the meantime, you can do a lot. As often as possible, try doing the following: Relax, close your eyes, and visualize an army attacking and destroying the cancer. I'll add my own prayers and positive thoughts. Ask your friends and family to do the same I believe we are all connected and together can do miraculous things. Best wishes to you. 🙏🙏🙏
I have stage 1 breast cancer on both breasts. Double mastectomy is already scheduled, but I know I’ll be healed before that because my body is a wellness making machine! 🍀💚

After almost a month of simply repeating “My body is a wellness machine!” I am actually aware of my unsupportive eating choices, slouching posture, lack of appreciation for my body’s abilities and general irritability. I have transformed habits, feel my muscles if I use them incorrectly, generally have more energy & continue to move deeper into an enjoyable movement lifestyle. Stay away from sugar, cancer can't survive without it. Drink frozen organic lemons blended in a juice or smoothie daily it fights cancer. (Peel and seeds included, one lemon a day) Turkey Tail mushroom extract, dandelion root or herb, tumeric, cumin seed, high doses of Vitamin C are all powerful cancer fighters and alkaline water. I've seen videos on RUclips on people who fought stage 4 cancer with baking soda and water. Look it up and see how they did it. Also make sure you forgive everyone you can think of who's done you wrong. Cancer is unforgiveness in our emotions they manifest in our body. "Heal Your Mind Heal Your Body" book. 💜
I find ot hard to focus on looking up while doing this after a few times but i suppose i need to practice this endlessly. I've got weeks to live with colon cancer but God shows me visions of me in the near future so another thing i need to do is relax and be more patient with it all. What ever becomes of me i wish all you beautiful souls a peaceful and productive future. God bless you all and all your dear ones 🙏

I haven't done this yet, but just have to tell you...I did watch your video with instructions on how to instruct your body to heal itself. First, instant relief on my neck pain (I need surgery on my spine, but I will work to avoid that now). But my blood pressure has been crazy high and they finally found out that I have an adrenal gland issue causing it. But I am still awaiting endocrinologist to talk to me (for 5 months now) as there is a shortage. But after what you taught, I told my body my blood pressure is perfect and exactly where it should be as I measured it. 117/79!!! OMG, yesterday it was 160/101, which is the low side of typical. THIS WORKS!!!! Same time, same meds. God bless you!

I am experimenting. Im healthy and happy. My son is in preschool another year and last year we were sick all school year. So, Im listening to this daily for 30 days after my meditation. Then I will go to once a week. My goal is to program my mind to not get sick. I found Marrissa after a year and a half of fighting for my life so exciting to try stuff for things other than surviving. And for those of you fighting now know you got this, you have the power dont let any Dr. Or anyone take your power away. You got this!

This is so true. I was cutting and breaking down boxes yesterday, I thought I may cut myself, I did. When I was in nursing school and before my exams my stomach would become nervous. I automatically would feel the need to go to the washroom. The mind and gut are so powerful.

I went through nose and ear surgery, my doctor cut my nasal bone. Then two years later I went through another ear surgery both left and right. Now I'm completely deaf I can't hear properly.
