I can totally vouch for this. I healed cancer twice and have practised this for most of my life. I don't always get it right and become negative but am able to pull myself up.

I detach my myself from any drama.
I try not to watch the news.
I am now aware of when I am being negative and change my thought patterns.

that's my life.
I just try so very hard to heal from the PTSD...
But the PTSD flashbacks rape my soul...
I will experiment with healing myself,

I do alot of energy work in the shower and while I'm driving. I was constipated for three days and I took laxatives; nothing worked. I commanded my cells and organs to work together to heal and work at the highest functioning level. I went to the restroom as soon as I arrived to my destination. We are divine beings. It's beautiful. Thank you for the reminder my friend of our power💜💙

I can relate to this.. the physical problems, the discomfort and fear tend to pull me down despite my efforts, it’s hard to be positive. It’s like being in the ocean trying to reach the surface but some weight is pulling us down. But I will do my best nonetheless. I hope you’re feeling better!

Thank you dear Marisa for this so useful advices and instructions we all need. I have really serious problems with the reflux of the stomach acid which is literally burning my esophagus. The doctor 'cannot' find what's the problems despite all the analyzes (I am sick of that), the medicines he was giving me gave zero results except stronger acid and vomiting. And recently I dropped all that and decided to find a natural way to cure myself. And here am I, listening to your videos and feeling in my heart that I found the solution for my health issues. It listened to my negative talk, I spoke about.
I lost my wife, home , my competitive sport, my antique car, my chance to visit my grandmother, ... and recently my career job. After loosing everything,.. I started talking negative hate towards myself.
... im in a dark place now.

It’s difficult to pull the medical system nowadays out from the most of people’s minds. First need to understand how deep your mind been washed from the system we have now. …I believe because I also train myself, but people won’t or don’t want to skip from the system…will never get it done. ….i suggest trying something from small things first, then slowly make it bigger..❤good luck to you all❤
The word of God says that there is death or life in the power of the tongue (Proverbs 18:21) so this lines up with God’s word . Declare His word over your body while you put this into practice. Jesus still completely heals today. Not by might, not by power but by My Spirit says the Lord. (Jeremiah 4:1)
I believe that everything is energy whether its negative or positive energy. What we say to ourselves using our thoughts can make us sick or well. We have to focus on our beliefs that we can heal ourselves. People live their lives in the past and never live a life of freedom. When you focus the negative things that happen to you in the past your living by the hormones of stress but when you completely change your thoughts to loving yourself and really believe that your are very healthy and start to a live a life of peace and healing.

I went for acupuncture for a foot injury and the electric the Dr. used increased the nerve pain to a level I can’t manage. It keeps me from walking right. I have sprained my knee twice because of it and my weight is in the 80’s since I can't get to the kitchen to prepare my food. Nothing smells or tastes good and I am not getting enough food in. I have reached out for a Peer Partner and it won’t give me a date at all. I am glad that Cindy Galvin is very busy. I am happy she is helping other people, but my dog got attacked and he needs me and I am failing him and he has lost his muscle too. I am listening to these videos non stop. I know they will work, but this is the most difficult situation I have ever been in. Today is better than yesterday. And I know tomorrow will be better than today. I was just hoping to move this process along a lot quicker by getting a therapist for myself.

Yeah thank you for this video it helped me so much my eyes were so weak that i was not able to see far away things as i want to become a pilot i didn't leave my hope and as she told i just followed that thing only and now my eyes are perfectly healthy and healed and i am a pilot now. Mind over matter I done this when I got runover aged 14 I told myself that my left leg was stronger than the other one mine ended up bigger than the right one but it's is stronger and a tiny bit shorter because I had a male doctor and because of the abuse by a male I didn't want to listen to him and decided myself that my leg was strong enough to start walking on when it clearly wasn't it's all starting to make more sense of the past and I'm ready to be me and live the life
The doctors told my mum two years ago she'd never walk again and would be on medication for the rest of her life. Two years on she walks miles every day and takes no medication of any kind. She would not allow herself to believe it.
