Try these tips 1. Enable XMP/DOCP in your bios (this step is the most important one) 2. Set Windows Power Plan to High Performance 3. Don’t wear animated cosmetics, keep it simple 4. Cap your fps to let’s say 165 or 200fps depending on yo monitor hz 5. For performance mode play try to play on 100% 3D res and set your view distance to medium or high. (But try 65% 3D res and see if u get more fps) 6. Make sure your GPU drivers are up to date and your window updates 7. If you record gameplay lower the bit rate or if u dont care about clips turn off recordings 8. Make sure your pc temperatures are good. For the GPU and CPU anything below 78 degrees is fine. 9. Make sure your pc doesn’t have extreme dust. 10. Close all your tabs and disable unwanted background apps 11. Set Fortnite as a high priority task in the task manager every time you play Fortnite. 12. Make sure you dont have vsync enabled, this can lower your fps by alot 13. Make sure your storage isn't filled up all the way. 14. Also since its a new FN season, it may not be optimized to much by epic so in about 2-3 weeks it should feel a bit better 15. Enable resize rebar and 4G decoding in your bios 16. Disable hight textures in the epic games launcher then try performance mode again. 17. For your first 2 matches just glide around and walk around the map. FN is always laggy and bad during your first 2 matches but it gets better once the shaders load If your confused on any of these steps you can search them up on yt and just follow along, very simple You should be getting performance than this build in terms of fps and stutters Hopefully these tips help.

The graphics card may potentially become a bottleneck for the processor's performance. Although the processor is powerful enough to handle demanding workloads, the graphics card's limited capabilities in terms of graphical processing could hinder the overall system performance. This mismatch might result in lower performance and reduced efficiency. To optimize the system, it would be beneficial to consider upgrading to a more powerful graphics card that can better complement the processor's capabilities. AMD Radeon R7 250 is too weak for Intel Core i5-2500 on 1920 × 1080 pixels screen resolution for General Tasks. This configuration has 55.4% of graphic card bottleneck. During gameplay, it is possible that your processor may not reach its maximum performance due to the limitations of your graphics card. This means that the graphics card may struggle to process the data quickly enough, resulting in the processor not being fully utilized. Consequently, the utilization of your graphics card will be at its maximum while the processor's potential remains untapped. This is not good for Fortnite, as it is a very CPU demanding game. To address this issue, you have two potential solutions. The first is to upgrade your graphics card, which can help alleviate the bottleneck and improve overall gaming performance. Alternatively, you could consider downgrading your processor, although this may not be the most sensible approach as it can lead to a decrease in overall system performance. In most cases, it is recommended to retain your current processor rather than downgrading it. Downgrading the processor may result in compromised performance and hinder your system's capabilities. By keeping your current processor, you can benefit from its processing power and allocate system resources to handle background tasks efficiently, without significantly impacting your gaming experience.
