This is actually a great way to get into learning about how to work on PC's or upgrade them and tinkering with a $70 PC is way better than doing it on a $1000 pre-built. Actually, $70 is way too much for a system like that. You should be able to get one like that for about $20. However, having said that, the future of gaming is coming and it is quickly leaving these old off-lease cinder blocks behind. If all you want to do is play Steam games and E-sports titles then go for it but let's say you see a game you really want to play but can't because it won't run on your "business" potato. What will you do? Well, you're pretty much stuck with what you have because your upgrade path is extremely narrow and the "proprietary" nature of the system means it won't run any faster than it is now. You'll be forced to upgrade the entire system and trying to sell the brick you have is going to be disappointing at best. Learn on a system like this but save your money to build a better system tomorrow.

If the PC includes a hard drive, it might have an operating system (OS) installed, but if the listing says "no hard drive," it definitely won't have one. If it has a hard drive but no OS, don't worry-you can still install one (like Windows). It’s a simple process: you just need a USB drive with the OS installation files, which you can create using another computer or laptop. The installation only takes a few minutes.
