Sadly you are right! Around the time that the 'new' test for psychopathy was developed and most obvious research was completed using the test, some researchers decided to test 'professions' and/or the 'western corporate' world. You guessed it -- MOST of the people at the top of western corporations were found to be highly psychopathic. I imagine politicians would test similarly.

Based on his responses, he is not only prepared, but he questions his own sincerity and responses. He is reading shaun. And while reading him he feels as though his responses to Shaun are sufficient and acceptable.
The reality is simple. He is lying. He is unsure of himself. You can learn how to determine if someone is lying on youtube, I dont want to make it easy for the interviewee to learn why he is lying.
If he is not psychopath then he is borderline. His responses are just too planned and fake. He doesn't have a relationship with his own kids and family? How do you question your own ability to feel guilt? To care? Come on now.

I’m very surprised at the poor level of further questioning here when given weak answers. “What’s the difference in pathological lying? Very simple. The kids with crumbs are lying after the fact to avoid scolding. Similar to lying to wife. Where as pathological is continually making up lies for no other reason that to gain a perceived advantage over the people u meet. Then the next piece. As for conning being subjective. That’s completely misunderstanding the question. Yes. We can THINK someone is conning and could be wrong. So that’s subjective. But. This is coming from an actual correct observation of someone. If u observe urself to be someone that is conning, then u have psychopathic traits (not necessarily psychopathic but that trait can be confirmed, not subjective). This is very basic stuff.

As with ADHD in children and teenagers, ADHD in adults can occur alongside several related problems or conditions.
One of the most common is depression. Other conditions that adults may have alongside ADHD include:
personality disorders - conditions in which an individual differs significantly from the average person in terms of how they think, perceive, feel or relate to others
bipolar disorder - a condition affecting your mood, which can swing from one extreme to another
obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) - a condition that causes obsessive thoughts and compulsive behaviour
The behavioural problems associated with ADHD can also cause problems such as difficulties with relationships and social interaction.

    I knew a pathological liar…and trust me when I say there’s a difference.
He was the service rep at a garage I worked at and every time he spoke it would be some crazy story about how he used to sell weapons to the IRA and he’s from Ireland and speaks Gaelic but when anyone asked him to speak Gaelic he’d just say “It would be a waste of time because you wouldn’t understand it anyway”.
He was the biggest cocaine dealer South of Montreal (this is Canada btw) and he tore out a guy’s eyeball in a street fight and in another street fight he punched a guy up a flight of stairs.
At his former job he had two assistants.
He owned multiple high end cars (yet his wife picked him up in a mini van after work everyday).
His wife was a secretary or some kind of admin at Exxon and she discovered a billing error that saved the company billions of dollars (yes BILLIONS) so Exxon booked an entire cineplex for a weekend for her and close friends and family. I called the theatre to verify this with some guys in the garage for a laugh and told the theatre guy all these stories and he also found it quite amusing…after he stopped laughing he told us “No, we haven’t ever done that and I don’t think we would…it wouldn’t be fair to our regular customers”.
This was about five years ago so my memory might be a little hazy but you can certainly tell the difference between a pathological liar and just a regular guy who makes stuff up to get in or out of something.

    poor organisational skills
    inability to focus or prioritise
    continually losing or misplacing things

My brother was a psychopath and my dad most likely was as well but was never diagnosed. This man is most likely one. The way he easily manipulates everyone in the room is something I’ve seen many times. The trick is it can be a ‘no win game’ like he talks about here about being labeled one and it being impossible to prove you’re not one but he shows a lot of the signs. The glibness and affect is a put on to draw people in which is what he’s doing. It’s a long term ‘con’ so don’t ever expect to be able to see through it or catch them out because you won’t see it until they want you to. You have to really know someone to the point of being related to them, like having grown up with them, to see through it. Of course all that depends on the psychopath’s IQ which this guy clearly has a very high one.

pathological lying. Lying when you don't have to, have nothing to gain. Lying for no reason or purpose. Im not sure if it's Egodystonic, or syntonic in psychopathy.. If I had to guess I would say it's dystonic for non-psychopathy persons. idk /2c

Sorry Shaun mate. Tex Watson claimed to be Mansons henchman. It is coming out now that Watson was not as close to Manson as first believed, infact Manson had Watson kicked off the ranch in the run up to the Murders, allegedly. Apparently Manson knew Watson was a shit bag bully who was ripping off dealers and knew that the actions of Watson would and did lead back to the ranch, putting the lives of those at the ranch in mortal danger. It still amazes me why more people haven't wondered why Charles Manson knocked back a deal with FBI/Law enforcement of 18 months in prison, if he testified against Watson to which Manson said, " No, i walk the line", which i think is a reference to GP mainline in prison. If the media had access to this knowledge at the time, i believe the People of the US wouldn't have thought of Manson as the Psycho they later did and will for the rest of time. No offence Shaun lad. Please don't attack my comment. The information on the so called, " Manson Family", was distorted to fit the Hollywood narrative of the time. I am not a supporter of anyone who murder other people. The facts are, that on that particular night 20k of coke was supposed to be dropped off for certain people with money and Watson got wind of it and was going to rip them off. Polanski,( who is we all know a wrongun ) was conveniently out of the country that night. I think he should have been looked at but he wasn't. Sorry but psychopathy was in the title so my comment isn't that far off being relevant to the interview.

Before you try to talk 'intelligently' about something, you should probably just look up the definitions of the terms; instead of taking the sophistic route of saying "well, what is X, anyway". Pathological as applied to most behaviours DOES HAVE AN OBJECTIVE meaning -- it means the patient is UNAWARE of or can NOT STOP because it is 'automatic' to them. A pathological liar is someone who does NOT believe they are being dishonest -- they believe their own fabrications because the behaviour is PATHOLOGICAL. Your manipulation of the topic -- deflection, etc., ironically is likely sociopathic, no?
