If a man feels he can rape someone he should no longer be allowed in society because he is a ticking timebomb. Once a man crosses the line and rapes, murders, or abuses any living person or animal there is no coming back from that. The switch in their brain has flipped, game over. They need to be permanently removed from society and NOT housed in prison for 30, 40 or 50 years getting tips and sharing info with other prisoners on how to be more effectively violent in or out of prison. I am talking about rapists, murderers and all around sick b*@#$^&s. Give them 3 years to make peace with God then done.
