Tony Richards had some drug issues and got fired by Blackie Lawless and their manager Rod Smallwood. Didn't want to take him on tour. Replaced him with Steven Riley RIP. Heard an interview with Richards. He told a story about Blackie being a little afraid of him and wanted control. Then guitarist Randy Piper had already left a few times and Blackie probably wanted to put a little fear into him. Tony Richards never got his Golden Records for the first W.A.S.P. album. There's also another interview with Chris Holmes telling about being cheated out of royalties.

I'm surprised that you didn't watch the official video for the song. The live version is just awesome from "Live ... In The Raw".
TO me, their best albums are The Crimson Idol, W.A.S.P, The Last Command, Inside The Electric Circus, The Headless Children, Still Not Black Enough, Unholy Terror, Dying For the World
Some of my favorite songs: LOVE Machine, Sleeping In The Fire (the live version is awesome), Widow Maker, Cries In The Night, Restless Gypsy, 95 Nasty, I'm Alive, The Heretic, Forever Free, (the entire Crimson Idol album), Breathe, I Can't, U, Loco-Motive Man, Unholy Terror, Charisma, Hallowed Ground, Heaven's Hung In Black
Jay & Amber, you’ll love Southside Johnny & The Asbury Jukes’ “Trapped Again”, “We’re Havin’ A Party” “I Don’t Want To Go Home” and “The Fever”. Similar to Bruce Springsteen in style. Songwriters: "Trapped Again" (Southside Johnny, Springsteen, Steven Van Zandt); "Havin' a Party" (Sam Cooke)"; I Don't Want to Go Home" (S. Van Zandt); "The Fever" (Springsteen). Van Zandt the guitarist from Bruce’s band.
Saw Johnny in concert Nov.’81.
