Yes I actually do have a video on that already. There are a few different models on the proheat. The only difference is the color of the machine and what accessories it comes with such as different scrub head attachments. Sometimes the hose loses its prime for the water. Try putting the machine on a counter or chair. Then hold the spray head below the machine, this will help the flow of water. Then turn on the machine and pull the trigger and hold for a minute or so until it starts to spray. Please let me know if it works!
