My tank is full but it is not spraying.. what should I do?

Sometimes the hose loses its prime for the water. Try putting the machine on a counter or chair. Then hold the spray head below the machine, this will help the flow of water. Then turn on the machine and pull the trigger and hold for a minute or so until it starts to spray. Please let me know if it works!

i just purchased this, haven't used it yet. but I did notice that Bissell has made a Lille Green Pro Heat. will you be doing a review on the Pro heat?

Yes I actually do have a video on that already. There are a few different models on the proheat. The only difference is the color of the machine and what accessories it comes with such as different scrub head attachments.
