Great demo! There is also a process called "pre-treating". Fill a spray bottle with 25% solution and 75% "HOT" water. Spray the stained area well and scrub brush it. Do this two or three times depending on the stain. Now you can go over the area with the shampoo/extractor machine. TIP: Turn your home hot water heater to high. Use the hottest tap water you can to fill your machine's tank. Hot water will aid to "emulsify" dirt and stains.
Inside where the hose attaches to lower part of machine. There was a circular piece. When i left it in there it would not click into place. Once i removed it then it clicked into place. Hose works great. The bottom main part doesnt

Just recieved mine. No manual. Theres a plastic piece where the hose attaches to machine. Do i remove it? If i keep ot in there hose does not attach
I’m assuming you’re referring to the version with an upholstery hose? If so, unfortunately I don’t have that model and can’t offer any guidance on it.
