There are special recipes for olive oil cakes...some using the orange 🍊 zest, so possibly a mild flavored olive oil used, with the citrus makes for a unique flavor.
@@sandyr4656 I think 50 min, I think I found this on “Mandy in the making” channel but a tip is to only use angel cake mix with add water only kind AND we flipped the cake to cool on a rack so the center doesn’t collapse in. Still tastes amazing but didn’t look as nice.

I think the reason she didn’t put all the batter in the pan, is because she thought it might overflow in the oven! When she bought each out of oven, the baked cake was almost clear up to the very top!! Might have been a real gooy mess in the oven!! This is the only reason I can think of. But it definitely makes sense, when u look at the baked cake.

I’ve made the Pineapple Fluff Cake three times already. It comes out tasting better if you use fresh crushed pineapple than canned crushed pineapple.

They’re probably pre-baked like on most cooking shows so they just show the other steps and pull the already baked one out to show how it looks.
