    Thank you! I am going to try this tomorrow. I have an old pillow pet that my Papa gave me when I was very little and it’s very much matted and loved! It’s one of the few things I have from him since he passed when I was seven. I am going to try and fix some of it tonight and continue it tomorrow. Thank you so much!!!!

    I remember as a kid I had the Eleroo stuffed toy and I used to call him Hasbro Softies. 😂😂😂

      @TwiceLovedTrinkets  2 года назад +1

      I also had Eleroo, that's a cute nickname though. You were probably convinced too, since that's the name on the tag, lol! 😂

      @@TwiceLovedTrinkets Yeah your right I saw the name Hasbro Softies on the tag lol plus I didn’t even know what The Wuzzles was back then. 😂😂😂😂

      @@TwiceLovedTrinkets Ill tell you a funny story I remember as a kid I packed my bag pack to go on a plane overseas I took the Eleroo doll stuffed him in my bag when we landed at the other destination while going though the airport customs the security dog was sniffing at my bag so the security guard took everything out when he took out Eleroo he just cracked up laughing so me and my family laughed too because I’m pretty sure the dog smelled Eleroo out too thought he was a toy to chew on lol. 😂😂😂😂

    Will this work on a slightly singed stuffed animal? My vintage Ewok got a little fried!

    • @TwiceLovedTrinkets
      @TwiceLovedTrinkets  2 года назад +1

      That's what I like to use it on, it helps as long as the fur isn't too far gone.:)

    So do you spray thebwater on the plush? i dont think ive seen you use it lol, do you need to wet the plush before brushing? 😮

    • @TwiceLovedTrinkets

      I only use it for the areas that I use the heat, on the longer fibers.

    Hi, is the hair parts still soft or do they feel burned?

    • @TwiceLovedTrinkets
      @TwiceLovedTrinkets  2 года назад

      They are soft, when it hasn't already had heat damage from a clothes dryer, for example. If you don't use lower heat temp's below 250 degrees with enough water to help steam it, you run the risk of burning some of the lower temp hair.

    What do I do if his fur is fading? The purple is white

      I don't usually dye stuffed animals, but there are fabric dyes for synthetic and nylon material that might work, but since there are so many variables, colors and other color fabric pieces you wouldn't want to dye, I would think it could be very problematic to do so.

    I dont have a flat iron. Would a hair dryer be ok?

    • @TwiceLovedTrinkets
      @TwiceLovedTrinkets  Год назад

      Not the same doesn't have the pressure and equal heat the flat iron provides as quickly as it does.
