Wow Meghan, what a wonderful update! You really put in the work to discover what your body needs and doesn't need to feel your best, that's not an easy thing to accomplish. Continued good health to you and abundant blessings❣🥰

Hello Meghan. Thank you for keeping it genuine and real here on RUclips! I'm glad to have finally subscribed to a person that tells it like it is from their own perspective, and not drawing it from other channels. Keep being AWESOME!

Meghan thank you for all of the great information. I’m gonna check my levels and my blood and see what is going on. I feel the anxiety. I feel the fatigue I’m 73 but I still don’t think I should feel that tired. Thank you for all you do sending blessings, prayers, much love, and a great big hug.❤🙏

I have been supplementing with Magnesium Taurate. I had several strokes back in 2019, and I firmly believe that it has helped with my blood pressure, my insulin sensitivity and my circulatory health in relation to my strokes. I also take just a plain ol' multi-vitamin, but I recently started using Olli gummies and not the Sam's Club horse pills that I could barely swallow. I have learned SO much from watching what you have gone through. I thank you so much for sharing!

This is all so great, but I'm not sure if the world is ready for a Meghan with levels at 100! Whoa! Watch out! 😉
One thing I've noticed is how quick we blame things on hormones when we're not feeling great. Of course it's all related, but what if it really is just "as easy" as taking care of ourselves. Great work!

I’m a man and I have problems with low magnesium and my doctor prescribed it. I take my magnesium in the morning. My doctor has me on 800mg a day.
You do look MUCH healthier now. I’m so happy for you Meghan. Keep taking your vitamins.

I've had some of the same issues you have, plus some more life altering. My cousin sells from the company that you mentioned. I've blown her off for years. Maybe I'll look at the catalog she brought me and see what I think might help. Hopefully, it could help me during the treatment that I'm going through. Thank you very much for sharing your experience. I'm glad that your health is much better.

Yes, you are 💯 % right. Doctors should check iron panel every year for checkup. I have heavy periods felt tired all day every day, my hair was falling like crazy stressed out non stop and my doctor dismissed me for years. When I finally did ferritin test it was 6 non existent. I wish I would investigated earlier and push for that test maybe I would not be in that situation.

I’m so glad you feel better. I agree with everything except that menopausal women should never take iron unless they’ve been tested and they are low. Due to the fact that they don’t bleed monthly, taking too much iron is dangerous because an overload of iron is bad for cardiac health. They should also not take women’s vitamins with iron in them… that’s why there are different vitamin formulations for menopausal women. Same is true for men and that’s why there’s no iron in men’s vitamins. To the vitamin d3 and magnesium- absolutely!!!!

Hi Megan from sunny Queensland Australia. I can relate to your lifetime of being a woman. I am now in menopause, but like you the cycle was 21 days, feel everything you had, really heavy can't leave the house. I still only have three to four days a month where I feel like a human. I also suffer from mental health issues, it has been a very long 15 years. I have had it since a teenager, but a major episode occurred back in 2009. I had just had my youngest, who is now 18. I really don't know how we were mothers. My daughter suffers badly as well. Even in menopause I still know my cycle. Don't know why, and my doctor says it should not be occurring. Listening to you, as you are the same age as my daughter, maybe there is still hope for her. She has been suffering from PPMD. I have suffered from anemia since birth. Yes, I have been having iron since a child. Gross iron liquid in the 60's. I am now having iron infusions as my iron was at 2. My level is never above 20. You are still the most amazing mother, maybe the same as my daughter, she is amazing considering how she feels everyday, bad headaches, pain, extra. I hope your daughters don't have to suffer as you have had. We always want our children to have a pain free life. Megan, it is great for you sharing and very insightful. Love you girl.

Magnesium Glycinate is supposed to be the very best form of magnesium. I take one in the evening along with some Potassium and lots of Vitamin D. That has made a huge difference in my sleep -- so much better. It's all very relaxing. I take it early in the evening, around 8, and sleep thru the night, which is something I haven't done in years! Also, I found MG in smaller capsules that you take thru the day, so no horse pills! One thing to watch with supplements is to be sure they do not contain any soy (it's an endocrine/hormone disruptor).
Happy to hear you are feeling better!!
