Campers coming along nice. It’s good you can do the work yourself saves a lot of money and time waiting for it to be done . Love the sink and faucet setup whole camper is looking very modernized !
We have ordered our transition strip TWICE from Lowes and TWICE that don't ever get it in. SO frustrating!! Wondering if we can get another brand that's similar color.
Were you worried at all about the slide out damaging the new flooring? I would love to do this in our camper, but I am afraid of the slide out running over the new floor. We have a small strip of carpet in front of the slide, but the rest of the floor is linoleum. If we take that strip of carpet out, is it going to change the way the slide out comes in and out? What are your thoughts? I love your flooring!!
Thanks, the slide should have a rub strip that will help from damaging the floor. Most slides have adjustments also if needed. The new flooring looks so much better than the carpet!
@@slow_restoration Thanks for responding! I agree! The new flooring looks better than carpet! I would really like to take it out, I'm just so nervous to do it. It's the last bit of old carpet left in the camper, I guess just dig in and figure it out. Thanks again!
We are looking at converting from vinyl with carpet slide-outs to all LVT/LVP. We are having a tough time finding people who see this as possible due to the slide out transition that exists. It seems like reducer molding strips solve this but we must be missing something. A, are you open to a paid consult conversation so we can find out the right language/terms to be using?
I really like how that's looking. Gotta say; I LOVE that bathroom sink/faucet setup.
Great job! The camper is looking so good. It's the small details that set it apart from a factory look.

Did you fasten\glue down the planks anywhere? How did the floor hold up bringing in the slide?
Looking awesome! Wish you lived closer. My 2500HD needs some boost
They all do! Thanks
Looking good Danny 👍👌
What color and brand tiles did you use? I love them! I want to put them in my RV

Not sure on another brand, I would try another Lowes if you can.
Two years on, how has that transition strip held up for you?

Where can I find the plastic strip that screws into the floor of the slide at an angle??
You can't, I installed it on an angle. It's halfway on the flooring and half off.
What strips were used for the top of the slide? It looks great!
what did you use for the baseboard trim?
