I've been a carpenter for 13 years (commercial framer) and I have done a good number of LVP installs for weekend side money. I must say, I've learned a number of tips and tricks from you. Very clear instruction and you show and explain what you're doing extremely well.

I've helped with hardwoods years ago, & just recently a little bit on my cousin's vinyl plank install, but I want to learn more since I'm going to Chicago next week to install my mom's vinyl plank flooring in her new home's basement. So, I've seen a couple of your videos now on vinyl/laminate plank flooring installs, & I definitely like them & the hacks. I'm all about tape measures & precision (to a fault, friends say), BUT I love your cheater board. It will make things flow much quicker, & allow for the proper expansion gap. I also appreciate your ending prayer. It was a very welcome surprise. Thank you, & God bless you & your family, Joe.

Hey Joe! Thanks for making this video! You did a great job explaining this so that a simple dude like me could understand it. I spent many years in the electrical trades and I got to say it felt like I was the green guy first day on the job and you were my boss explaining to me how to do it!! I appreciate it as I’m gonna need all the help I can get with this floor at my house. I’ve been putting off this install for about 5 years now bc of anxiety lol! Take care brother… and by the way… thanks for the prayer. Some of us actually need it more than you know.

Thanks Joe great tips, just started my handyman business last year and doing my own floors first before doing for customers. Thanks for the blessing we all need that.
I prayed to God to see what he wanted me to do ( when I was working somewhere else, that he knew my talents) that next day I got a text from a stranger “ I hear you’re a handyman can you do…”
God gave me the answer so I started
“My Brother’s handyman “ with Jesus as my boss. Thought I’d share that with you. Have a blessed day and I subscribed thanks

NO WAY!!! at one point did your knee pads have a piece that ran the length of your shin down to your ankle? I used to have a pair on knee pads that were identical to yours except they went down to my ankle and were the most supportive kneepads I have ever used but I haven't been able to find any other ones like them and my old ones had to be retires a few years back hahaha. Great video I've been doing strip, site finished hardwood flooring and recently expanded into doing stuff like this and with everything I know about installing plank flooring I still learned something from you!! Awesome content and I hope all is well!!
