Super Bowl XLII MVP Eli Manning engineered a fourth quarter comeback drive for the ages and concluded perhaps the greatest postseason run in NFL history as the underdog Giants upset the previously undefeated New England Patriots, 17-14, in Super Bowl XLII in University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Ariz. The signature play was David Tyree’s “Helmet Catch” over safety Rodney Harrison. Three players later, Steve Smith picked up a huge first down and Manning followed with the game-winning throw to Plaxico Burress.
