Find BEAUTY no matter where you are | AHOD 85

Last week, our good friend Emily left the boat, and we were "stuck" in Spanish Wells when life threw us a curveball. We recognize this sounds silly, but despite being on a boat in a beautiful location, things not going according to plan can really bring you down. This week was a good reminder to live in the moment and seek beauty no matter where you are.

For Kirstin - I think your English muffins look great, crisp on the outside, soft and yeasty on the inside. Great carriers for butter and jam. To easily handle wet doughs, wet your hands. Sticky doughs defeated! Well done on the photography and editing.

The one thing that saddens me with all RUclips sailing channels. They all copy each other. Same story same companies they push without the care of the companies they push. Channels start off good being a documentary of their adventures, then when ever two channels meet it’s like a virus that gets extended to the new channel and that channel looses everything they were to become everything that the other channel is. It’s disappointing and unoriginal.
