Real reality checks are when employees go into town and tell the locals they haven't been paid..The next reality check is when the Labor Department steps in.
So what's the proceedings like ? It would be interesting to compare different countries procedures in case of salaries not getting paid. In my country there is no special procedure for salaries debts they fall under regular creditors collection proceedings and that can be a lengthy process. But people not getting paid salaries can claim it trough unemployment insurance and under strict conditions they can get paid a good portion of it like 70% or 80% and the insurance will issue the bill to the employer.

I am on hotel hell marathon. And I can't believe (and kinda in shame of hospitality industry), Gordon has to not only guide them as a chef, but as a psychologist, therapist, strategist, professional hoarding organiser, and what not. Gordon truly has gone through some deep shit experiences which have taught him to become multi hatter in relaunch of restaurants. I don't own restaurant, but a salon, and I really hope that if I could I wish to welcome Ramsey as my guide of hospitality standard check. And I am ready to get any amount of heat if I have made any mistake. Ramsey✨ you're truly my father figure 😌 and I respect you're discipline, responsibility of not only a chef but a purposeful civilian and not just existing for being just human. You always have had my massive respect. You're always the very first celebrity strike off to meet 🥲 hope someday I get my chance. Anyway, today is my birthday 😊😇 and wish ramsey and all the restaurant being guided by him best of luck for future. Y'all did great to change to your sinking scenerios to an unsinkable dream✨BEST OF LUCK 🍀
Only thing the inspector likes is the hospitality, which means the underpaid staff are actually doing a better job than what the hotel is worth, WHILE having the payment issues
I do love it when the owners do a complete turnaround and show themselves to be compassionate human beings, its amazing what that does for a workplace.
He assaulted a police officer. Not what I would call violent abuse, bit still gets him in prison in America anyway. I hope he didn't do anything worse!
Have a link to his arrest if you like but here is a brief synopsis i found: Ari Tapio Nikki was arrested on July 28th, 2015, at MacDill AFB. He was ordered to stay away from MacDill (specific arrest location is that address/gate - whether he was outside at the gate and was arrested there or he was hauled out to the gate to be arrested by Hillsborough is unclear) and the victim at the base, name unspecified, so it just may be a stay away order for all of MacDill. On July 29, 2015, the police report was filed, he had a preliminary hearing before Judge Conrad, probable cause was found, and his bond was set at $500 at which point he could have been bailed out. On July 31, 2015, he applied for indigent status, which was a bit of a surprise (to me at least). He was assigned a public defender. On August 4th, 2015, he was bailed out (after a week!) by...Robert Dean! The cash bond posted was the above mentioned $500. Possibly the delay involved pawning a lot of Dean's "antiques" to raise the huge sum of $500. (Sorry, I couldn't resist.) On August 5th, 2015, he (or more likely his attorney), filed a "NOTICE OF DEFENDANTS INVOCATION OF CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS". From my reading, this seems to be that he was challenging anything he said to the arresting officers, but I am not an attorney. I read up on this in an appeal opinion published on another case in Florida, so an attorney might want to verify this. It was actually really interesting, and I now know what a SLIP opinion is, too. (I am a nerd.) On August 14, 2015, the prosecution filed a notice declining to prosecute, and a notice was sent to Ari. The case was formally dropped at the arraignment on August 24th, 2015. On September 1st, 2015, a notice was sent to Robert Dean that he could reclaim the $500 cash bond he posted. He must have been busy (and not indigent) since he did not claim the money until February 17, 2016. So the charges were dropped, but he did spend a week in jail. There was no conviction so likely the rumors of possible deportation are just that.
From watching some other episodes, I feel Gordon and the producer just didn't feel like they should invest in reforming the hotel. I think they knew that the owners wouldn't change, so just kind of left things as they were.
I love the fact that Gordon brings happiness to these people ☺️ it's so beautiful seeing their transformation into their best selves🤗💋 very heart warming for sure 😀 love you Gordon 💖

@@TJ-wb6je es I always get so mad the restaurants are so close to greatness but the stupid owners go back to their old ways
Lol so everything is fake, if my employer said to me "im the boss" im walking out
I read on blog that when this episode was aired, lot of staffs already quit from there.
i dont understand why they just didnt turn it into a house and save so much money. hell they could have fixed it up and hosted some events there.
Or a country club maybe
They had that vibe
Sometimes I feel like Ramsay is not just a chef he is a good counsellor too ❤️❤️❤️...
How can anybody be short tempered and patient 😀
Well of you're working in the kitchen you'll get the attitude especially when your executive chef is Marco Pierre White
@@AJ-dx6bn ohh that guy.... 🙏😀
short tempered isnt gordon, but if youre soo stupid then gordon easly angry at you, he just cant believe how someone can be so deluded idiot
It's called good balance.
half chef half therapist
Real reality checks are when employees go into town and tell the locals they haven't been paid..The next reality check is when the Labor Department steps in.
So what's the proceedings like ? It would be interesting to compare different countries procedures in case of salaries not getting paid. In my country there is no special procedure for salaries debts they fall under regular creditors collection proceedings and that can be a lengthy process. But people not getting paid salaries can claim it trough unemployment insurance and under strict conditions they can get paid a good portion of it like 70% or 80% and the insurance will issue the bill to the employer.
You kidding me? Ramsey naked???? Wow. Didn't ever think I'd see that. 😳
Gordon was like a chef ,inspector and detective. He resolved the problems of the business
Man when he said they don't have to work here my anger bro skyrocketed
RUDE
Plus this is so cliche. Like the first thing any work abuser will ever say. I had once a kazahk assho** say it to me. I said to him you don't understand the issue is not me it is you. The next guy that will replace me will also probably quit after 3 months so where does that put you ?
Thats not rude, he wish to he rude but bet many guest there rude to the owner of that inn for stating facts 😂 lmao
So the staff dosen't get paid, AND he steals their tips?!
Crazy, right?
Watch the whole video lmao
hi u work for me, so give me all ur money!! this is a robbery!11!!11111
Prove that inn owner is really poor
" IM THE BOSS " = ARI
" YOU DONT CALL URSELF A BOSS WHEN YOU DONT EVEN PAY THEM " GORDON
burn af
Ari looks like he ready to attack any second.
29:50 "You're not a natural innkeeper"
OMINOUS MUSIC
"ok."
Wonderful show. From frustration, anger to compassion, appreciation
When Gordon Taking a bath is the most replayed part
I've been screaming in my room that robert FINALLY changes, and this is so emotional, everything change, and even attitudes, and even the rooms! I hope gordon visits Juniper Hill once again, I wanna see what's the update to robert and the Juniper Hill!! 🤩
Bro juniper Hill closed down in 2014 as they were in debt of a million dollars. It's under new management of two sister owners and is now called Windsor Mansion Inn and has excellent ratings.
Unfortunately, the owners never changed....they were still acting like millionaires and elites.
Robert's partner Ari was arrested in 2015 for assaulting a police officer.
"He's emotionally constipated"
At least a miracle! He was zero with antiques, OMG, what a waste of money...
I guess he got conned he paid top dollar for fakes
It usually the rich owners who don't pay or underpaid the staff. Same for the KN and even Hotel Hell.
Its bcs he didnt rich, he could get money bcs scam people and gets to build a busniness and it end up failure cs poor skill and poor self is calling him back 😂
Owner:I have always thought u shud live with nice things when u can have them
Me: o that’s where the money goes
I think Robert really had an epiphany when he realized his collection is just very good looking junk! So he had to get his head in the game.
14:41 I did not expect that 😳
Man i almost started crying it was amazing to see the changes that gordon had made truly amazing show
Crying right through, I couldn't imagine him trying to fix my daily routine issues 😂. He is tough but effective. ( We all need that push, for we all have it in us )
When Gordon walks off without blowing his top.. you knw he so mad he wants to strangle Robert 🤣🤣🤣🤣
The fact that the "antiques" turned out to be worthless aas hilarious and speaks volumes on Ribert as a person
At first, I watched the first episode and hated Robert, but in this episode, Robert really showed sympathy and that really surprised me.
40:27 that was prophetic, as Ari eventually got jailed, for assaulting a police officer
just skipping through some episodes of hotel hell and my god, they seem to have a such bigger failure rate than kitchen nightmare and much much worse owners ... something i didn't thought it was possible
“If I was Robert I’d lock Ari in one of them“ GR 😂
The fact that the most replayed timestamp on the video is Ramsay flashing is just hilarious 😆😆
8:40 Lol Gordon, that cinematic U-Turn. Tony Soprano style.
I wish Gordon would come to our company and sort out the higher management that doesn't care at all for the people that work under them.
The more I see off him the more I admire him..........
“I somehow lost that.” He was left with the tip but for some reason he thought that he was the one that was getting tipped
The “pompous fuck” line is an instant classic
Is there any authorities to report owner treating staff this way....low salary, taking staff tips...mate employees is very important, happy staff and customers - success business. Am glad how Gordon turn things around....
Sees the same episode for the tenth time
Still likes the video
Ok so nobody is gonna speak about him showing his crack? 😂😖
I prefer not, the trauma is already huge just seeing it.
Gordon being Gordon in freaking episode is worth every penny
Well said😎👍
The Intro gets me to this day XD
Constantine reboot with gordon ramsay as the protagonist..... that's basically the intro
The intro gets me everytime
Only thing the inspector likes is the hospitality, which means the underpaid staff are actually doing a better job than what the hotel is worth, WHILE having the payment issues
Watching Gordon’s ass was a trauma 🤯 but by the end this was a fairy tale episode 😌
*Gordon Ramsay R34 pouring in*
I DIDN'T WANTED TO SEE THAT AAAAA
Drama drama drama! The actors were pretty credible. I liked the turn the owner made. Nice episode!
I do love it when the owners do a complete turnaround and show themselves to be compassionate human beings, its amazing what that does for a workplace.
Well, everything went back to normal and they sold it in 2015
🤣 That giggle Gordon does when he learns that Ari did the calculations on those tips. It was like, "Why am I surprised? Of course he does."
Didn't ari get sent to prison for abuse at some point? I read somewhere that he got charged with violent abuse to some guy
Yes, because he’s the boss.
@@Kharaeiri 🤭
He assaulted a police officer. Not what I would call violent abuse, bit still gets him in prison in America anyway. I hope he didn't do anything worse!
Have a link to his arrest if you like but here is a brief synopsis i found:
Ari Tapio Nikki was arrested on July 28th, 2015, at MacDill AFB.
(Sorry, I couldn't resist.)
On August 5th, 2015, he (or more likely his attorney), filed a "NOTICE OF DEFENDANTS INVOCATION OF CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS". From my reading, this seems to be that he was challenging anything he said to the arresting officers, but I am not an attorney. I read up on this in an appeal opinion published on another case in Florida, so an attorney might want to verify this. It was actually really interesting, and I now know what a SLIP opinion is, too. (I am a nerd.)
On August 14, 2015, the prosecution filed a notice declining to prosecute, and a notice was sent to Ari.
@@toughbikkies3699 thanks for the research
From watching some other episodes, I feel Gordon and the producer just didn't feel like they should invest in reforming the hotel. I think they knew that the owners wouldn't change, so just kind of left things as they were.
I love the fact that Gordon brings happiness to these people ☺️ it's so beautiful seeing their transformation into their best selves🤗💋 very heart warming for sure 😀 love you Gordon 💖
This show is a 10/10
With Gordon's But it's a 11/10
Keep uploading love ur videos💟💟
Ari: I'm the boss.
Chef: This place is fucked.
HE IS EMOTIONALLY CONSTIPATED!!!🤣😂🤣😂🤣
I get that julian had difficulties talking to the 2nd cheff. He's been cooking alone the whole time and it's way more different working on your own and working with a partner.
As a Finn I tell you we Finns do not claim Ari.
We might be a bit serious on the outside and not too emotional but defenitely not entiteled snobs!
As a fellow Scandinavian I can stand by that statement. I've been in Helsinki many times, (I'm from Oslo) and the ppl are lovely.
It's a good thing he is in America, he can stay there.
There Are Human Natures that is Undignified to All things Natural. Sad human nature.
Ruins families, communities an societies.
I have lived in Finland almost my whole life and i agree, Ari doesn’t represent most Finns! There is something wrong with him, and the other man (his partner) likes to blame everyone but himself for all mistakes and bad management! They both at blame, both are terrible people!
as a finn we def do not claim him lol
I don't think you Finns should be apologising on behalf of the village idiot. He's an individual and an idiot. You guys shouldn't feel sorry.
Those two owners are demons and the staff are angles for putting up with them and not getting paid,if it were me I would've left.
what to say, I was really hopeful, seeing Robert finally admit to his shortcomings - he wouldn't be able to even do that, if he was utterly delusional, after all... witnessing the unbelievable loyalty of the staff was so moving... but reading how they ended in other comments, I guess it was inevitable
and tbh, ari really rubbed me the wrong way, the way he carried himself and interacted with others, bro, I obviously exaggerate, but he seems more like an ss officer rather than an innkeeper
edit: grammar
27:47 "We knew we were on the right track, we just needed a push in right direction". No, you wer never ing the right track.
the most replayed was the Gordon's bum part lmfaoooo
