- Gordon gives up on this terrible hotel...
Gordon Ramsay visits a “Caribbean” style resort hotel in Fort Pierce, Florida where the young inexperienced owner, Brian is making guests’ time at the hotel miserable with filthy rooms, late night concerts and shocking service. Brian has lost control, leaving the hotel staff to run wild. Gordon quickly realizes he’s going to need something short of a miracle if he’s going to stop this place from going under water.

I love this guy, but it totally shows that being too nice and people pleasing will lead you no where in life. His friend Ben know he's a walkover and surely taken advantage of it. Brian looks so lost and broken, hope one day he regains his confidence.
Poor fella, he does not know that there is no friend in business.
Actually Brian was trying hard to show Gordon that he's passionate, but actually he was full of fear, lacked confidence and not skilled enough. What has actually happened to him is that he has accumulated so many bad experiences and constant defeats that he has given up already.
I feel bar for him because I've been through this situation and it destroyed my self esteem. I felt hopeless and I was very low and depressed.
The only solution to come out of this trap is to start winning small small battles on a daily basis. Slowly you will get back your confidence and things will start to change ❤️

I have been a chef for the last 8 years and I know there is a lot of pressure the kitchen deals with every single day, but being fazed out or get caught in the pressure is never the answer.
Delayed service with perfect plate is so much better than no service at all.
But poor soul Brian though, not totally his fault
Seems like a nice guy, just in the wrong job!
What?
Perhaps he should given less pressure moving job.
Soul need 2 b🔥🔥🔥
Not totally his fault? He's the owner!
The hotel owner is such a good guy with a big heart and empathy. I really wish the best for him. He is not into micromanaging, he trusts people. It is a really admirable trait.
Business and emotions don't go together. He's way to soft, he needs to take the lead.
He's just an incompetent dumbass tbh, nothing wrong with that...except when you wanna run a massive hotel with loads of staff , then you're fked.
When you run a team you have to be hands-on, micromanaging who needs directing and trusting whom you can trust and delegate to them so that you have more time
@@casecold1864 firstly employing ur friend as a chef is a no no

Just look at the work Gordon Ramsay and staff did to improve your rooms and the manager ABSOLUTELY HAS NO CLUE TO HAVE KITCHEN RUN PROPERLY!!

Wow, Gordon never walked out on anyone in my memory, except once but then he changed his mind and went back...
Amy's Baking Company, check out the Kitchen Nightmares episode. Fair warning, it's bizarre and infuriating.
He did leave at Amy's Baking Company on Kitchen Nightmares because the owners were crazy and delusional but in this case, this owner is useless and clueless even after Gordon told him what to do.
yeah you right on that. it was the juniper hill episode.
The owner looks so ..clueless! Idk if he’s shy to be authoritative or he’s afraid of his employees or what’s going on… glad he got serious afterwards and eventually sold the place.
He is more to lazy n didnt have feel responsibility for his business. His treats his business like playing at park.

Beachfront Inn and Inlet aired on July 19 2016, the episode was filmed in October 2015 and is Hotel Hell season 3 episode 7.
The way Brian was running to fetch the towel😂😂
God I'm getting real secondhand embarrassment
We call that cringe. It only recently changed from an adjective, cringe-worthy, to the noun form in popular usage.
I love it when Gordon arrives at a place, finds someone who's ready to flake off and immediately roasts the place together with them.
This episode should be categorized under Comedy 🤣
it definitely should- i agree
Poor Brian seemed overwhelmed - like a deer in the headlights. He wanted to be a cheerleader and not a real leader. When one of the big issues is your childhood friend, it's going to be difficult... Think he just needed to catch his breath to make some decisions. Sounds like he did step up but hope it wasn't too take.
Never do business with close friends and family
This must have been the most awesome episode ever. Brian is the most clueless man I have ever seen.

Brian’s key management statement… “it’s someone else’s responsibility”… pretty much sums it up…!
He's clearly on some kind of medication. I kind of feel bad for him.
depression.
The owner looks like he's asleep, somewhere in dreamland... Completely cut off from reality.
He treats his business like playing ground. Where he having fun n not own up for responsibility. He let his staff to take care all stuff without watch their work, coz he is busy in his dreamland
He might be really strong anti anxiety drugs.

I was so shocked when he told 8 months. I was like... Bruh are you a muppet?
Legend said Bryan is still holding the big plate of salad on his hand
Ahahahahah
Brian is really a nice guy. I honestly think Gordon shouldn't have walked away. Brian is improving and gave his best.
I think its the first time gordon gave up. He managed to change 'Rosavelt Inn' and its owner, Robert but gave up on changing this cozy little place. I think this hotel was not as bad as some of the others of hotel hell. None of the emplyees were underpaid, its just that the system was messed up and the owner, Brian is a clueless and lazy individual. His intentions are good for example wearing the uniform to motivate his employees but his behaviour is irrelevant. The biggest problem of all, lack of tidyness.
The owner was clueless but i think it was wrong of Gordon to leave, it was to early.
Roosevelt Inn is owned by John Hough (The Sherlock Holmes Cosplayer) and his wife Tina, Robert Dean II (The Shitty Antique Collector) is Owner of Juniper Hill Inn. This place (The Inlet) is messed up because the owner is so clueless and cant take any action aka lazy.
I wonder if it's kind of decided beforehand that Gordon would walk, regardless of the owner's behaviour. He did seem a bit harsh on this owner, despite other owners in other episodes being much bigger a"%holes.
I gave up Amy's Baking Company on Kitchen Nightmares too.
@@NO1jkpg I mean, for a guy who can barely take shit seriously, I'd say he didn't deserve Gordon's help.
Gordon was not in a great mood here. He was exceptionally hard on this dude, even though for good reason.
As someone in the industry, I understand why he left.. he's not ready to lead. He can't hold anyone accountable especially his friend and the work staff. Sometimes buy a property and allow someone to manage it for you. Accountability is everything.
Why does Brain sort of look like wish version of Brendan Fraser
Exactly what i thought
I was looking for this comment. He does doesn't he!?
Omg
I was only searching for this comment🥲 Im not the only one yayy:))
the chef saying "i want a beer. we're having a tasty beer tonight, boys!" is supposed to show that he is out of line or something, but that particular line is probably said 1 million times a month by kitchen workers all over the country. some of them are good workers. some are not. doesn't really show anything
The dude was super confused, and gordon decided to low-key bully him by nit-picking everything he does. The whole scene about how he's dressed the next morning is so cringy
this is pretty much how I used to feel in school/high school when I did not know how to solve or answer a question the teacher instead of asking anyone else to passively help me to understand the matter they decided to bully me in the front of everyone.
Thanks for the upload. Great work.
I'm surprised he can run so fast 😂
He seems like a great guy, I would be friends with him but I wouldn't want him as a colleague or boss.
Even in the end he doesn't know what to do, like wtf man 😂
This guy's a joke haha 😂😂😂
Is it just me or the owner seems to be on.... drugs? Medications?
His pupils are huge compared with the other people. It’s a possibility that he is on drug or medication that numbs you for a bit. He seems not to be down to earth. The large pupils can be a condition (don’t know the name exactly) but i doubt it
@@dark-shadow_ Other commenters have said that he could have been on anxiolytics(anti-anxiety medications) which would cause you to be numbed to external distress(in other words, causes of anxiety).
@@CST1992 oh that makes sense. That's a great possibility
@@dark-shadow_ antiepileptics also cause clouded mind and a numbness on reaction to external factors. Anyway, no matter the reason I feel bad for him, his incompetence does not seem to come from negligence but from bigger factors.

I have to say the reception lady looks georgious and so lovable. When she laught she is so cute. Love her.
He probably thought that taking the beach towel that fast could be enought to save all. Probably when he had the salad plate was thinking "But I found the towel, why did not work?"
Now i am just wondering, did the Mayor even eat that night???
I kind of feel bad for Brian, he clearly wants to change and do his best and prove to Gordon that he can do it. But he's just so inexperienced and lacking the knowledge, this sort of inexperience can't be solved in just a week unfortunately.
