When you run a team you have to be hands-on, micromanaging who needs directing and trusting whom you can trust and delegate to them so that you have more time

What has actually happened to him is that he has accumulated so many bad experiences and constant defeats that he has given up already. I feel bar for him because I've been through this situation and it destroyed my self esteem. I felt hopeless and I was very low and depressed. The only solution to come out of this trap is to start winning small small battles on a daily basis. Slowly you will get back your confidence and things will start to change ❤️

As someone in the industry, I understand why he left.. he's not ready to lead. He can't hold anyone accountable especially his friend and the work staff. Sometimes buy a property and allow someone to manage it for you. Accountability is everything.

His pupils are huge compared with the other people. It’s a possibility that he is on drug or medication that numbs you for a bit. He seems not to be down to earth. The large pupils can be a condition (don’t know the name exactly) but i doubt it
@@dark-shadow_ Other commenters have said that he could have been on anxiolytics(anti-anxiety medications) which would cause you to be numbed to external distress(in other words, causes of anxiety).
