No stubborn owners, people who just want help...big up Gordon
Exactly. One of the few times when it's not bad people just bad circumstances
@@utsgotnoguts Plus this has been the only time where I've heard the owners be really, really open to Gordon's changes, especially the menu. If Gordon changed the menu of someone who wanted to infuse cultures to introduce to college students to something more local and because it's local, would be considered bland, it might've angered them. Suki though? She was absolutely thrilled.
I'm also really happy that Gordon still added some Japanese touches for Suki specifically, just so she could still add her own flavor to the hotel.
My greatest respect to Sukie as a mom, a wife, and as a women. She's just trying her best just to try and save her family🤧
She's holding the whole family together with a heart warming smile.
This one is one of the most emotional Hotel Hell episode, it made me tear up.. It's good that they're still open till now and have good rating, I hope they have payed their debt and have bought a home already
Kkkkkkkkkķķķķkķķķk
Also, they still open it to help for self isolation for Covid-19.
Owh really? Good for them and happy to hear it..... Tq for the update
That's such a relief
God bless ❤️💯🙏
The wife is so admirable , she's a fighter ! she knows no one will stand up for their family & hotel business so she never quits and carry all the burden ...
Out of all the hotel owners Gordon has helped, I am most happy about this family. Ready for change, eager to learn and humble as hell, unlike most of the delusional hotel owners. Good job!
No screaming or delusional angry people. Just caught up in a bad situation. It's good to see the hotel is going great. And it's still owned by them.
I was thrilled to see it is still open, still owned by David and Suki, and has raving reviews! 🤗🤗🤗
damn feel so happy to know that
Also, they help the people who got Covid-19 and open a lot of rooms for self isolations
That is amazing. They areca lovely family and I'm so happy for them. No drama, they genuinely wanted his help and they ran with it
So glad to know that the pandemic did not shut them down. Bless these guys.
Wow.just wow.😭😭😭😭
Who knew Gordon is such a loving soul. This guy is just great
They are one of the few people who deserved Gordon's help.
I agree
Don't forget the guy with the dog hotel.
@@margarethmichelina5146 yeah, Sandy.
You have got to be kidding. This is off their website - " While we're not sure we'd volunteer to go under Gordo's knife again, we are grateful for the attention and the upgrades." They would have vaporized without Gordon's help!
I love how everyone is talking about how inspiring this episode is and how Gordon helped this poor couple get through some tough times, but can we stop for a minute and talk about how the cameraman literally followed Gordon while he was taking a bath?
they do that like every episode
Yeah in many episodes they shoot footage of Gordon getting in the bath or shower hahahah
I've been on a hotel hell run and I've seen his ass like 5 times already 😭😭
Omg no wonder someone mentioned "butt shots" when I talked about Hotel Hell.. now I see.
Well I probably haven't watched enough clips of this show but the closest thing I saw was in the Four Seasons Inn episode when he jumped into a jacuzzi.
I got teary eyed with this episode. Gordon gave them everything. God bless him more!
Me too :*) Where's all the filth and yelling?!
Even a burguer named after him..
Shoot! Me too. And I am a dude who does NOT CRY!
I've watched this episode several times across different uploads and it's the one I recommend to people who think Gordon Ramsey is a fake piece of shit - this is probably one of the few episodes where it doesn't feel like he's doing it for a show or anything, where he just realizes that these people genuinely need help and more importantly, they genuinely deserve the help.
Me too, I cry everytime I see, especially because I have a similar situation in my family, both my mum and grandma are disabled, it takes a lot for me..Gordon is a sweet sould, a hard working man and a sensitive person.
god bless Gordon Ramsay fr , what a honest man alive !
I take your point but I do think he's a rude, no very rude, over-confident, desperate for attention fool. I watched a couple of episodes and realized that places have faults and need help but a main theme was just deliberate confrontation. Plenty of other shows to watch on TV.
@@alanwilliams2284 bcoz he want them to take it seriously . Sometimes owner will laught bcoz they though gordon was joking bcoz it's a show . And if Gordon dont act like that some lazy, stubborn and selfish owner will not wake up.
@@alanwilliams2284 The confrontation is about shocking the owners into reality about their situation, he couldnt do shit if just pampered them with kindness and help, sometimes aggressive critique and confrontation is the only thing that opens someones eyes.
What’s sad about this episode is that what happened wasn’t anyone’s fault, an inflated ego of even a problem with mental health, just one tragic disaster fell everything down and even made the family lose their house.
True, and now the same people (Suki and her husband) are able to maintain and run that hotel successfully. It really makes you think; we are always just 1 step away from disaster.
1 bad event that can lead to a series of bad events and ruin our lives. But on the contrary, with just a little push, they were able to get back on track so well.
We need a reunion video! So far, this is my favourite episode! Gordon has the most golden soul a chef could ever have.
You can see that the owners are so humble and down to earth, no cocky rude behaviour. I am so glad to learn that in 2022 Hotel Chester is doing great, what a turnaround story, great reviews. The food is fabulous 😋.
This episode shouldn't be called "Hotel Hell.", it should've been called "Hotel Heaven" because this couple are good people in bad situation.
Definitely, Hotel Heaven. Such an amazing family.
This is an emotional episode because they are such a very nice and humble couple. Made me tear up a little. And I am glad their business is still open. Love this episode.
Sukie is just so sweet 🥰
Very down-to-earth family.
japanese mostly are very nice pple..i stayed in japan uenohara for 6yrs n i love them so much.they always welcome visitors with so much love.be it if u walked in their mcdonalds.they greet n greet
Very nice Japanese lady. Outstanding.
You cant even get angry at her. 😅😅even witht he bad sushie cause you know shes trying.😂😂😂
Asian women as wives are the best ❤ beautiful, kind and loyal ❤
Finally a family who is truly in need of help, and not an aftermath of a selfish cruel boss.
I cried when her teenager daughter cried. It's not easy to see the people you love most struggling though they're doing their best. Amazing family. I'm so happy Gordon came and turned the business around. This is my most favourite episode of Hotel Hell. Gordon can be tough, but his heart is at the right place.
The most deserving owners for sure. Usually the owners have a history of being toxic to the employees or the locals, arrogant, stubborn.
These two were hardworking, humble, gentle. They deserved these more than anyone.
Considering Dave is one of the only few owners in Hotel Hell to actually have hotel experience, you gotta love how very unproblematic this episode was, the only real issue was him being understandably disillusioned because of his accident
The most emotional episode I've ever seen. So heart melting. God bless you Gordon and I wish the Hotel Chester success.
This is my favorite episode. You can tell Gordon genuinely liked the owners.
Suki is such a hardworking sweetheart. Bless her heart 🥺❤️
For once, it's really good to see that people who need help get it, and they embrace it without any drama, etc. With the right management in the future, their next generation can keep it going.
All because of David's accident. One could say if that didn't happen, they won't be on HH.
This is definately a heart touching and emotional story not to miss. Appreciate Gordon is giving just what this business and family much needed. The joy and appreciation of the hotel owner and staff is geniun and warming. Wish the best and once again, always amazing to see people giving back and people receiving appreciating
@Anonym German source
@Anonym German haha funny, but actually, where did you get that from? this is real
That’s a mother who just want to support her family..love this episode
the mother is very lucky her husband is very kind and sense of humor and compliments to Mr.Ramsy
im actually in a loss for words, gordon is such a nice person for giving them this opportunity and helping them so much
I get excited with 6 likes.happy for you.xx
so, to save the service and a bit of the place's reputation, the man literally just dashes to a supermarket and cooks some sliders on a garden grill and makes it seem like it's nothing?
man's a role model
Exactly. Gordon was soft on them because he genuinely liked the couple. I’ve seen him being extremely harsh on owners for terrible food they serve. I think it’s the only episode where he used fewer cuss words too.
Watching this for the first time when Gordon said "bye" to the at the restaurant I said to myself "no" that's not it, I was expecting him to help them with their living situation because he cared so much about it and knowing how caring he is I knew there was no way he will work out of there without helping them.....then he came back and said "I forgot, I have to show you one more thing" I started jumping got joy😄
I'm so happy how David and his family stay optimistic despite their situation. That's how a hotelier should be.
Salute to you Madame Suki. Doing everything to save her family ❤
The reality is they realize hotels, restaurants etc.,have new problems every day and many can't be anticipates. Best reaction is to quickly solve the problem while keeping calm.
Update: Still open and thriving👏Amen!
I am so glad this hotel is still open almost 10 years after filming
Tbh, I'm speechless, thanks Gordon for this opportunity giving to this family
Much love man 😍😍
Bro i cried the whole episode im not okay 😭 normally i hate the owners cuz some are just horrible but these were just adorable people. I cried even more when i checked and saw that it’s still theirs and open. They deserved the world im so happy for them
This is the first episode of hotel hell that I've watched with owners that actual deserves help. No stupid arguments, no angry comments, no delusion. Simply and quietly excepted the help and changes and thanked for it
I already watched this episode couple of times already and it always made me so emotional. What I Loved in this episode is this lovely couple that embrace the changes Gordon made in their hotel. I’m so happy that Hotel Chester is still open and has a lot of positive feedback. I hope they already paid their debts.
Indeed one of the most emotional episodes of any show with Gordon. Glad they are still in the business and rocking it judging by all reviews lately. Hopefully they are over their debt.
It's quite a story this one. No screaming, no stubbornness, no bullshit, just sincerely nice people with good intentions who were given a chance to fix their business and grabbed it with both hands, great to hear they still open and running strong!
This has to be the best episode of all I've seen! What a lovely couple! No shouting and all love! I've cried half of the episode. So happy to read here that they are still open!
This is the must honest and humble family I have met so far on the show . So happy to know that they are still open and doing well after Gordon left 9 years ago. 🙌 God bless this family
I really love this couple.
Eyoh me too. Wow I guess he yells because of frustrating owners.
The old man is so hilarious.thank God their hotel bounced back
Those were the most deserving owners I've seen Gordon help. He's really a great guy when not yelling at people 🤣
this was the most heart warming and genuine episode of hotel hell. these guys made absolute no excuse about their situation and owned their own (almost) downfall of their hotel unlike most other in the hotel hell season's. the father was in a accident and lost the fighting spirit caused by the tremendous amount of energy he and the family needed to spent on recovery thus creating a enormous debt. for years they fought the hardest way they could even tho the mother had no real experince as a chef in a hotel industry she still tried her best to keep up even tho the father had a degree in hotel and resturent management he were not at his full potential since the accident but still tried his best. even the daughter took part in the hardship when most children would have gone their own way in a different job. most of these owners in hotel hell are more rude than gordon ramsey considering they them self were asking for help but instead act arrogant and rude just because gordon was pointing out a flaw in their management that they should be better at. you dont change anything by pointing it out in a childlike manner just to not hurt their feelings, they're grown up adults with a giant ego not a child :)
I think its the first one I've watched where the owners don't put up a fuss and just accept the help they need
One of the best episodes I've watched from Hotel Hell. A lot of people really are one medical emergency or accident from hitting rock bottom and how one bad business decision can have a large impact. This reminded me of how we lost our house and how my mom had to sold both of her stores. This hotel doesn't have anything wrong with its owners or staff, it's just really outdated, has bad food, and no marketing. It's good to see that it's booming and according to google it's a 3 star hotel. Love to see struggling owners on this come back up.
I'm so touched , that Gordon help them without hesitation.. you can see to their eyes that they are so happy and so humble..😊 godbless chief Gordon ❤️☺️
this episode just proves that gordon is kind to kind people… anyone who thinks he is not a good person for being rude to egocentric delusional hotel owners needs to watch this… the man is always right
This got to be the best episode so far! Not one rude owner or employer, good reasons to fall behind, and just an amazing job from Gordon! Made me cry to hear him say that this was the owners that he most of all wanted to help out. I was in an accident that crushed my ankle really bad 12 years ago, and i will never be good again, so this really hit home when i heard about the accident. I know how hard it is to keep going with pain daily, and also needing to let go of things i used to be able to do before. Again, great owners, great episode, and maaad respect to gordon and his team for helping them out! 6 out of 6 from me!
I just love this couples , even in the bad situations they could just laugh away. One way it's good to see that.I loved their laughing 😘
My tears keep on flowing yll watching this...gordon u made sukie happy again
I'm really glad at the rave reviews this hotel has received and I'm emotional mostly for Suki who has working splendid to regain back her lost giddy spirits. David too had lost his charm and since then came a long way up to help his family. With Gordon's help they are living a comfortable life but most importantly are able to run their business even as of now. Thank you Gordon for all you did. I wish all hotels had this impactful and enriching experience to turn businesses around into booming centres of growth. This historic hotel is remarkably one of the best in Mississippi and in the USA. Lots of love from India. ❤
I love how gordon is so generus and spends so much money for them to help them that makes him so niiice :) love it
Gordon is very generous. He pays for the salary of the professionnal chef, so that the mother can rest a bit and the hotel have success. Really a good episode
David and Suki were made for each other...you can see the love and that David was depressed because of his accident but Suki never pressured or argues with him infront if the cameras or the staff ...she just did what she could to assist her family. Beautiful family
My favourite hotel hell episode. I'm glad to know that David and Suki is doing well now and their businesses is successful.
I LOVE THIS EPISODE. Gordon went the extra mile to help the family. God bless you, Gordon. I think the show should've helped more people like these rather than the arrogant/stubborn ones.
People can say what they want about Gordon. They can say he is rude and swear. I have been watching his episodes now the one after the other on RUclips and it is the first time I commented on one of his episodes. Let me tell you this, Gordon is such an inspiration for me. Seeing how he help people in need, it is amazing. There are episodes where I though by myself, if I was him I would have smacked the owner, but yet, he stood his ground and STILL help those people. I have SO MUCH RESPECT for him. My dream is to also help people in need, to make someone else's lives better. Gordon, if you ever see this message, from Cape Town, South Africa, thank you so much for what you do to help people in need.
This is the best episode ever. I love how humble they are. No shouting Gordon. Lmao
The best episode of any season hands down. And they are still open today! They kept the standards and followed through with all of Gordon's advice.
This was an unscripted, beautiful story about a couple who love each other deeply. The hotel problem, once rescued by that scotsman who showed compassion, Mr. Gordon Ramsay, enabled this lovely couple to enhance their love for each other. I had tears from the moment the car crash was mentioned and tears when the makeover was completed. Happy tears, happy tears .
It's so good watching people treating people with respect and love..Amazing episode
Watched countless episodes. But this one is special with the couple being so nice and deserve the help. Gordon never had to talk shit because these people were good and reasonable to accept change.
i cried watching this omg gordon is truly an angel he did so much and im so glad they’re still open
I have never been so teary 🥲 watching Hotel Hell episode ever. Wow! God bless your heart Mr. Gordon Ramsay.
This was one of the best one i have seen to date. this couple deserved it.
What a great man Gordon is! I love him more and more!!!!
as Gordon also saw, these guys really did deserve all the help he gave them, so kind of him / the show
God bless you more Gordon.i was crying literally while watching this episode.it touches my heart how Gordon change the life of this couple .
Well Done Gordan..I m a Christian and I want to tell you this you will be blessed with your good hearted intentions and I ireallly wish i was in a position to bless people like this..well done my friend..
This is my favorite episode. It's amazing to see how much more Gordon will do for people who are willing to accept his help compared to other episodes. So cool that they are still open with amazing (4.5+ stars average) reviews
Never thought a hotel hell episode would make me cry, they are literally the nicest owners Gordon ever met
Omgggg i cried most of the time for this episode.. too much love on this family that is really struggling..Sukie is such a sweet mom and doing all her best for her family she deserves everything Gordon gives her.. I love Gordon he is also such as sweet guy who doesn't sugar coat on anything... a well deserve family.. am glad they are still open❤️❤️
You can tell the exact moment Sukie realized Gordon was gonna say that he rented the apartment for them. Just adorable.
This has been my favourite episode so far. Emotional. What Gordon did for this old couple touched me
Good to see Ramsey didn't start yelling at them. This couple really deserves better and the positive energy they have for each other even after getting bankrupt is truly inspiring
This man is truly amazing! After all he's been through he's still making jokes and always laughing. Love his positivity.❤
When I saw the couple's room in the hotel it just shattered my heart. Thank you angel (Gordon) for fixing their biz and getting them back on line. Glad to see some comments that they're successfuly running the hotel and helping the community during tough times.
This is one of the more wholesome episodes. There's no donkey yelling. Gordon is trying his best to help a failing family.
Battling a depression now and this made me cry the whole time but something had dug out inside of my chest which I really don't know. Thanks for the good show, Gordon!
Maybe the only owners who actually deserved the help. Awesome episode.
David is just so good man and Suki as well.
David doesn't wanted her to be stressed and she doesn't wanted to fall everything apart and started cooking...
It's just too much man...
Glad they are better now
I have watched a lot of Gordon's shows.. but this has to be the most wholesome'st episode ever❤
I found this channel and did a marathon watching every episode...
This is the most feel good upload. Felt in my heart that this owner really need all the support they can have to succeed.
Its hard to find a love so showing like this couple💑
This hotel will hold their love and their family forever I wish!!!
❤️from🇯🇵
I just love Gordon for his big heart and how he's always helping people to have a fresh start even at his own expense ❤
What a wonderfull man ,got tears in my eye when he walked to that headchef🤗they are amazing people, i read the hotel is still open with good reviews, fantastic!
i mean imagine going to a struggling hotel's kitchen, not ever getting your food, all of a sudden Gordon fucking Ramsay walks in and serves you sliders personally
Made me cry. Just shows, if you truly want help, people will help you more then you could ever ask for.
Gordon, you have a big heart
Literally the place looks so vintage in a good way. It looks like an popular old beer house and hotel to stay in by vikings and I love the new renovation
Finally hotel owners that DESERVED Ramsey’s help. So heart warming
This is the loveliest Hotel Hell episode ever !
I must have binge watched maybe 10 of these and this is my favorite, made me tear up. Suki is so amazing, very strong and loving woman. Such a beautiful family, I’m so happy for them honestly
No hotel hell episode has made cry like this!!! I’m genuinely happy for them and I wish them all the best
The end made me cry! It's nice to see an episode with nice people who just need help! ♥♥♥
So much touching episode! God bless Sukie for her patience! Hope the business grown up since!
Watching from New Zealand.
This touched me so much it mad me so joyful to see a well deserving family come out of their financial problems. Such a loving caring couple, and the the husband is such a wonderful man to his wife.
I hope they are successful today.
Gordon, you are an amazing man.
Much love and care to you all❤
That's why Gordon is very blessed he's a kind and a helpful person♥️
Hands down the best episode of the whole series. such a sweet and thankful couple. I've seen every episode of every season and this is the only one that tears me up. amazing episode!
