Definitely, in Jamaica there are some that come spicy, but they also understand that people can be allergic to spice. Things dont have to be spicy to taste great. Thanks for the comment!

Chef Henry, you did not mention the temperature of the oven and how long you cook it on the top shelf before moving it to the bottom rack
I never moved racks. And its the typical temp. 350 degrees
