I'd bet this chicken tastes great but for those making this recipe, keep in mind there's a lot of salt. The salt, the all purpose seasonings, the wet jerk seasoning, the ketchup, the combo seasoning, maybe some more that I missed. So, if salt is an issue, go light on the seasonings, I think it'll still taste great. Great video. I'm going to make this but I'll use salt and pepper, garlic and onion powders and a homemade green seasoning for a big flavor boost, use a wet jerk, eliminate the chicken and all purpose seasonings. I think it'll still be really good. Thanks for the recipe and the video. One of the best I've seen.
Your food looks great…but….. I was watching and saying please please please don’t let her touch the spices with her left chicken touched glove, and oh no, she grabbed right on the spice with that same chicken touched glove!!!!!🥺🥺🥺😢 she grabbed and squeezed each spice with unwashed glove, it is what I spotted!
I agree with you about the nails into the kitchen, but she is wearing her gloves when seasoning, but the rest of the prepping no gloves particles underneaththenails. What I don't like is moving from the seasoning containers and didn't change the gloves or washed the gloves before rubbing the seasoning in. I love ❤ the recipes 😋

Lot of seasoning
Everything looks good. The nails not for the kitchen. 🇯🇲👍

Wait a damn minute who has a hatchet in the kitchen 😂
Well mainly Africans do, but a lot of cultures use them, even Black people, Indians, Arabs, etc.
To make sure it cuts through the bones in the meat
