You guys have no equal when it comes to reviewing air purifiers. You are objective, detailed, comprehensive, clear, and extremely helpful when it comes to sorting it the various features and performances of these devices. Well done!
Far too kind, thank you! We will keep striving to make improvements with every review but these words of encouragement are very much appreciated. Hope you stick around as have lots more review planned for this year and next.
Love the review, I have 2 of these for bedrooms and i love them. My biggest complaints are that you cant use pet mode without the app, and it may be a “me” issue but my Alexa has trouble setting the modes over voice
They need to have buttons for pet moded! No got Alexa but will have to get one for testing. Thanks for your kind words, had issues with the mic so this video took longer to get published.
I haven’t but I have been offered an 18% commission to push it. I normally only get 3% so this makes me a little suspect that it’s not a good unit as otherwise why would you need to give affiliates such a big chunk? I will look to test but my spider sense makes me think it’s not a good unit.
Levoit has now removed the term HEPA from their marketing material so we can assume the filters are not HEPA grade. Whilst this isn't a good look for Levoit, the use of non-HEPA grade can actually improve performance in air purifiers as they will allow for more airflow than what you find with HEPA grade filters so they can actually remove tiny particles faster. This guy did a great video on this: ruclips.net/video/gaQTYrisieA/видео.html& So whilst it's not good for their brand reputation, this is still an effective device.
I have filmed 2 videos this week focusing on air purifiers available in the UK, the Winix Zero S/Se and the Philips 3000i. Have also made sure to quote prices in £ and $ but as many of our existing reviews are based on US energy prices I have still kept that so we can still compare to the other 80+ devices we have tested. Is there anything else you want me to include to help UK customers?
Not tested for this particular model of air purifier but when I have tested for other brands/models , the generic filters perform as well as the OEM for removing particles.

What about this hepa thing? Is it hepa or not?

@@HouseFreshwould I be wrong in saying that it’s the cylindrical filters that aren’t hepa and the rest are?
@@Italianelectricsadly it’s the entire range now.

Yes will look into that unit at some point! Thanks for sharing.
Would you please do a review for UK customers?

Is that a big advantage that it has pre wash filter compare to levoit 300s? Thanks bro❤
Yeah and the fan motor is more efficient compared to the core 300x.
Is the generic filter like nautic performs the same like the oem sir?
