What I don't like about Medify air purifiers is the high cost of replacement filters. I haven't tried the two models you mentioned, but I have tested the MA-15 and MA-25.
This isn't the smallest Levoit, but it's small and quiet enough for bedrooms. If your bedroom isn't above 219 sq. ft. (20 m2), this one will do the job!

I have one in my bedroom (140sqft) and one in my living room (160sqft) and I generally keep them both on the second setting
