  • This is the second of eight videos where we will learn how to perform the legendary Eight Brocades (or Baduanjin). These are a beautiful set of Qigong exercises that have been helpful to alleviate stress, anxiety, physical tension and discomfort and heighten mental clarity and focus.
    The second of The 8 Brocades is known as 'Draw Bow to Shoot Arrow' (or 'Draw Bow to Shoot Hawk / Eagle / Vulture'. A simple RUclips search will reveal a myriad of different ways one can perform these movements. In this video Skee presents 2 of the most popular variations. The first is for individuals who may be just starting their Qigong journey while the second might be a little more challenging and geared for those who have been practicing a while. Either way . . .
