It was hilarious and heart warming at 9:30 when the young lady wig was pulled off by accident. Then Staley face when she figured out what was going on.
That was very sweet from both teams to help her out 🫶.

I wouldn’t say they’re overrated. Dealing with injuries to two of your impact players and still being right there is playing above a teams situation. Also, it’s not going to a runaway with Cardoso gone.
@justinbergmans36 they're very overrated. The Big East is a glorified Mid-Major conference. They have ZERO competition in their conference. Also, Uconn gets owned every time they play a good non-conference opponent(Texas, Notre Dame, Ucla, & NC State). So, even without Cardoso, they'll still get beat by South Carolina.
I have to admit I'm a little more nervous now about this one since it's for sure that Cardoso won't play.

Good Game Ole Miss Yall Played Good
Naylissa Smith was the #2 overall draft pick in 2022, not number 1.
Ryne Howard was #1, along with
Aliyah Boston, number # 1 in 2023.
Usually Smith plays better, but just because they are ranked high, doesn’t mean they will play great. They are only expected to, because of their rankings.
Charlie Collier was ranked number #1, in 2020, was drafted to the Dallas Wings. She was there 2 years and SUCKED. The Wings dropped her, and I believe she plays overseas now?
Like Coach Mulkey, LSU said, some of these players are overrated, and I have to agree with her.
First off, I knew South Carolina was gonna win it by a landslide. They have all of the right players and tools to win another championship.
Secondly, maybe Marquesha Davis will think twice about wearing a wig again. She's lucky that those other women care about her because if I was the referee, I would've picked it up and threw it in the trash.

There's a difference between a wig vs a hair piece. Learn the difference and mind your business. Hopefully nothing like this ever happens to you and if something similar does, I hope people can be compassionate toward you, unlike you are.

I have to agree.
There have been times that a hard pass to her was inaccurate, causing her to end up behind the basket, but many times she runs down the court and winds up parking too far back on her own, forcing whoever passes to her to throw it where she stands: too far behind the basket.
I think a good number of her many missed bunnies this year can be blamed on this.
I've been seeing this all year, and you'd think it would be something corrected with coaching by now.
Perhaps they've tried.
