Warm up
Jumping Jack - 1 set 30 reps
High knees - 1 set 30 reps (1 rep = both legs)
Squat - 1 set 10-15 reps
Break
Ankle jumps - 3 sets 10 reps
Tuck jumps - 3 sets 10 reps
Standing jumps - 3 sets 5 reps
Bulgarian split squat (weighted) - 3 sets 15 reps per leg
Squat (weighted) - 3 sets 30 reps

@@wannoor6225 must not be a full height net. Either that or ur an absolute vertical jump god! (Not saying that’s not true it might be) but a full height volleyball net is 2.43 meters

i’ll try this for volleyball. i’m a middle and about 5’8 so i naturally get over the net pretty easily but there’s always room for improvement! the gyms just opened for players and coaches only so my team is making up for club season with a summer league because of corona. i’m probably a little rusty with jumping since i haven’t been working on it but i’ll definitely try to do these exercises

No bullshit. I did this 2 weeks ago on a Thursday and had a basketball game on Sunday I noticed a difference. These workouts are amazing. I play a lot of basketball and do a lot of hill running, but if you can do this 1-3 times a week you'll be flying

Anyone have any ideas or generalizations about how often these exercises should be done? I feel like I can do the entire routine more than once in a day if I have time, but am unsure if it's safe to do so.

this might help me as a climber with becoming better at dyno's a dyno in climbing is where you go from a good hold low down on the wall and end up high on the wall, gonna try to do this and see if it pays off
im kinda lazy when it comes to homeworkout, so can't really tell, sometimes don't have pastion to do rutine workout, but gonna try some times
