The last application part was a bit tricky since they changed up things a bit since this video was posted, yet I did it! The forms truly were horrendous, like... I would've had NO CLUE how to proceed without this tutorial. Thanks!

Just in case others are still wondering about this- USPTO has not removed the option of an individual to apply for the mark without a lawyer, they’ve just made it mandatory to verify your ID (hence the missing skip button). When verifying, you can select the option of “trademark owner” (it doesn’t matter if this is your first application, you will be the owner of the mark - assuming it’s successful- so this is the option to choose). I successfully submitted my application yesterday and this worked for me. Hope this helps!

Hello I have a question about classes to register for my product. I sell Teething bibs. So my bibs consists of a bib with an attached teether. Do I need to apply for Cloth Bib and Teether or just Cloth bib is enough? Also if I wanted to sell more products can I come back and pay for more classes?
after listing the product under generic ( because I tried the brand approval numerous time with my brand name on product and packaging with GTIN exemption with real life image in my hand with logo affixed on product and packing but they keep on rejecting it) how can I change that listing under my name brand? please respond
