How you created all of that to break down into your taco so simply and not even have it look so organized but yet be able to unpack it all into a big unique work portable work station just blew my mind! Props!
That is the most impressive Milwaukee bench I ever seen and I thought that Jake of all was the Milwaukee king this idea put it over the top for the perfect work station
Love this idea. I don't think it's for everyone but if you already carry packout on your vehicle and you need a miter saw stand, a few pieces of plywood don't take up much space in the truck. Well done.
This might just be the perfect solution for my garage part time shop so I can still comfortably get my car in the winter! And useful to take out to help my dad build a deck.
Exactly what I needed for my mobile workshop buildout I’m starting. Thank you for being so kind to share this with us. I bought your set and am excited to get it built. This is for personal use not a business.
I think this is utterly amazing. I thought my custom built bench of 3/4" plywood was great but I need to move it around in my enclosed trailer. With this I could get pretty much all the same function (with the immense amount of packout available) in a form that could fit in my truck. And probably much lighter and maneuverable too. Brilliant.
I stopped carrying my miter saw after i didn't pull it out the truck for a year except to cut trim. I only bring one on trim jobs now. I can do almost everything with a good circular saw, even a lot of cuts i used to pull a tablesaw out for. But i do really like the way this workstation looks and it seems to function for you flawlessly. Well done sir. Thank you for sharing your skills knowledge and experience. I appreciate you
Really impressive customization of the packout system. I really like the custom plywood interlocking shelves. That is really something that can be further customized or connected to.
I havent got a mitre saw yet but wanting to mainly focus on second fix and wanting to go with packout when i change my toolboxes this looks like a perfect setup
Nice Job Brian. This is suitable for both a job site and a homeowners garage. I think some have missed the point, and that is that a lot of us already have the Packout drawers, dollies, and miter saws, so the bulk of the cost of this set up is now just some cabinet grade plywood. Looks like one sheet should do it. So for under $75 you have a fantastic station that can be fixed or mobile. Only optional cost would be the side and rear mounted pakstraps ( which I just ordered). Great design and super versatile ! I look forward to plans /kits etc….
finally somebody with some brains somebody who actually understands how people want to use their tools and their storage systems why in the name of God is this guy not in charge at Milwaukee or any Tool company for that matter that setup is completely and utterly freaking awesome very nice job keep up the good work if I could afford Milwaukee's prices I would love to have that setup
I'd agree with nearly all of what u said...except. having spent over 25k on milwaukee, mostly m18 tools over the last 3 years, the amount of tools that have had to be returned for warranty repair, ie, about half of them, with no loan tools available, leaving me without those tools somewhere between several wks & several months, and the abysmal customer service, they've proven to be nowhere near worth the high prices paid. Amazing innovation, but appaling quality control. Their hand tools & storage system are really the only products even worth considering. Don't believe the hype. If u ever have silly dollars to spend on tools, don't go for a single platform, but rather buy specific quality tools for the job..
I'm a machinist, so having a miter saw setup is useless to me. But this is one of the more interesting ways I've seen a mobile pack out setup. Great job!
This is fantastic! I have been hunting and honestly praying for a nice different modular idea for a desk type work station in our home office, this is perfect... Thanks SO much! Just made my account and am looking forward to getting in touch about the parts needed and the wooden lower center and two longer pieces.
found this searching YT to see if anyone had created a solution to turn two dolly/drawer columns like yours into two sawhorses with replaceable wood rails (for interior framing work like building out my floored atic). your idea of connecting the two columns so they don't spread/rotate independently is awesome, & the whole system goes way beyond my thinking - the mitre saw top could easily be swapped with a "sawhorse" top depending on the application (eventually after framing I'd need to trim out the attic)
Very cool. Love the way you think. I am building a carryall for my tractor and wanted incorporate my packout boxes and flexible work surface. You just showed me how to to it! Will look for templates, plans and products down the road.
Outstanding! I'm past the age where I'll be humping all that around the country, but my workshop space is limited. So yes, I'm interested. I've been making a mongrel modular system for my drill press, table saw, band saw and miter saw. Your's is far superior than mine and I'll purchase it!
Dont use a packout system because I've already invested in the HD version of the boxes but that just showed me how far i should have gone when I built my mobile system. Great work
I plan to create the same set up/similar at least. But keep mine together 99%of the time so I can roll it into my workshop trailer. It has a rear ram door so I’m hoping I can just roll it in and out while still assembled. May have to break it down for some situations like long stairs but not often. I’ll be adding folding winglets/extensions to support 16’ trim. Good job mate! 👍👍
Amazing work, however I'm convinced that setting it up and tearing it down every job would get old fast. We roll up to a job site and start working almost instantly. None the less I am very impressed and would love to see that in a work van or trailer fully assembled, and you can either cut inside the van or roll it out! Super organized! dare I say, "too? Organized?"
@chaiborg733 not really, I do try to be efficient though, we can shoot the shit while grabbing our tools and start the work. There's very little setup, we back up the trailer, open the door and get to it!
It’s sick, not going to lie but I could not imagine setting up and putting that away everyday at a job site. In addition to being modular, the beauty of packout is the ability to quickly pack in and “packout”
this is awesome. i need this in my shop. NEED! This would be ideal for my very small shop with space issues for my miter saw and other tool storage. Would be perfect for me.
I just bought a bunch of the clear tops. I like stacking them and opening only the case I need however I need to put a little chain inside of each to keep the whole thing from snapping back with the weight of the other cases on top. milwaukee missed that. Also you are tempted to fill the little red bins to the top but then the clear tops want to press down so you always have to keep some clearance at the top of each little bin which can be annoying at times. Overall a nice system to build like Legos and be creative
Ya that's kind of a pain about loading the boxes just high enough to leave enough room for the top. That's actually one thing I preferred about my ridgid stacks was the clearance on the top. Obviously the give-take was the inferior side latching system of the ridgid.
My new genius packout idea was to fit the new Jackery 1000 V2 solar generator in the packout cabinet. Im looking for a good way to stow and mount the 200w solar panel on my stack too. That way you have portable job site power.
I was looking at that the other day in the shop. I didn't know you had a video on coming out on it. Wicked cool. Great concept to keep it all together. Impressive stuff.
I think you are doing a lot better than Milwaukee designer and engineers.
They aren't allowed to work with such quality things as Baltic birch ply, though. You can't pinch pennies hard enough to squeeze that out!
How you created all of that to break down into your taco so simply and not even have it look so organized but yet be able to unpack it all into a big unique work portable work station just blew my mind! Props!
One of the best miter stations I’ve seen
That is the most impressive Milwaukee bench I ever seen and I thought that Jake of all was the Milwaukee king this idea put it over the top for the perfect work station
I love how innovative people get with packout, thats a really cool setup and youve made the perfect solution for your needs. Awesome work!
Thank you!
That’s one of the cleanest built workstation I have seen! 😮
Love this idea. I don't think it's for everyone but if you already carry packout on your vehicle and you need a miter saw stand, a few pieces of plywood don't take up much space in the truck.
Well done.
He loves his job..... What a build.... Amazing love the organization

Holy holy, this entire set up is epic. Truck and mobile unit
Genius , well done ! Single handedly increased the value of the packout by many times !
Very good job in utilizing the pack out system.
Terrific ingenuity putting it together.

You’ve sparked my interest for sure. Never thought to split them and make a work bench. That’s awesome
Wow. What a great system! Awesome build.
This is the greatest pack out setup I’ve ever seen. I need this in my life

This is one of the most satisfying things I’ve ever witnessed lol
That is really nice. I am not in the trades anymore, but you picked up right where my thoughts years ago left off. That is sweet. Great job.
That is the slickest thing I’ve seen in a long long time…..amazing
Finally a set up worth spending time watching ! Great job Guys!
The amount of thought that went into this station turns me on. Seems like everything has a place! 👌
Thank you!
This is the best packout assortment and setup i seen yet! Great job!
That may be the cleanest Packout setup that I've seen.
This is a brilliant idea. I would love to see a more detailed video of the build.
This is got to be the best pack out set up I've seen.
Really impressive customization of the packout system. I really like the custom plywood interlocking shelves. That is really something that can be further customized or connected to.
really great design, wouldn't work for what i do but amazingly well thought out
That is a great design, would love to get it when it comes out

Thanks Martin! Hope all is well for you!

No words needed.
Absolutely beautiful.. Great invention sir. Cheers from Chicago ⚡⚡⚡

Superb beautiful assembly and very compact and practical in my small personal workshop !
Been thinking how to make my setup and incorporate my mitre into a stack. This is amazing! Definitely would buy this set when it available!
What a fantastic project. Thanks for showing us what can be done.
More than nice and fantastic a job site/everywhere workbench.
What a genius way to use pack out

Incredibly clever and cool!!!
Thank you!
And expensive 🤪
This thing is sweet. Very nice setup for a small shop or jobsite
Yep, I’m in! A work bench is just what I need. A plane top deck would be perfect
Very cool. Love the way you think. I am building a carryall for my tractor and wanted incorporate my packout boxes and flexible work surface. You just showed me how to to it! Will look for templates, plans and products down the road.
Simply amazing. Well done sir
Gave me an idea, i can make my own station with any packout system. Definitely got me thinking
