Anybody done research into the lymphatic system? Ive removed dairy from my diet and my scalp has went from numb and rock hard to soft and flexable again. I think dairy and gluten clogs the skin on top of our heads

Thanks for sharing. Was it raw dairy? Just curious. Not a fan of pasteurised dairy personally.

@Hairguard I'll do a video about it soon but yea it was raw organic raw milk. I thought I had the best milk in town and was in the super healthy zone. I always had a hard scalp and I used revivogen back in 2008. 2013 I went raw milk. Zero energy 2016. 2019 brain fog/high mucus levels/super hard scalp. 2022 I did a food allergy test and it was cows milk 100/100. I dropped the milk over night. And since then I've had a continuous softening of my scalp. So it was really obvious to me what was causing my hard scalp. My spit also thinned out to nearly like water. I'm trying to follow the mucusless diet. To sum it up I'd say it was all milk was bad 4 me. As when i switched to raw milk my health got worse.

Overstating the sideeffects of FIn and Dut and simultaneously overstating the efficacy of massages, microneedling

And claiming that DHT isn't the root cause of androgenic alopecia, lol

    • @Hairguard

Sure DHT is part of the root cause. But it's not the entire equation. If it was, completely blocking DHT would regrow more hair. But studies show it only regrows a small amount.

@@Hairguard If you wait too long and the sensitive Hairs are miniaturized beyond a certain point then DHT Blockers wont regrow that hair. If you do not use DHT Blockers you always will fight an uphill battle. DHT blockerd aka Finasterid or Durasterid are the first measures to fight AGA. Keep in Mind you probaly waited 10 years before noticing hairless, it would not be fair to regrow within 2 years.

@@Hairguard DHT IS THE ROOT CAUSE. Sure, it's also genetics (genetic sensitivity to scalp DHT) but DHT really is the root cause. No DHT, no hair loss. Blocking DHT does cause hair regrowth, especially if it's done very early, like just when balding begins, before DHT has wreaked havoc on the scalp. It's not like you just block DHT and everything grows back; it depends on how much damage DHT has done with scalp calcification and perifollicular fibrosis. But saying DHT isn't the root cause is just plain wrong (especially when running a hair loss RUclips channel, you should know better). Obviously someone who's been bald for 50 years is going to need more than just blocking DHT, like minoxidil, tretinoin and microneedling, redensyl and so on, to deal with the other scalp pathologies that were ultimately caused by DHT also. Besides, it's not like finasteride/dutasteride block 100% scalp DHT; DHT is still around even with 2.5 mg daily dutasteride. That's why GT20029 is going to be a game changer, because with GT20029, it'll really be 0% scalp DHT at that point, so regrowth will be a lot more significant with GT20029, compared to fin/dut. Anyway good luck selling those head bands and promoting scalp massages, lol.
