I can’t take finastride because I’m a blood donor, because of the impact it has on potential pregnant women and birth defects, I had a hair transplant last year in September
Hey man- great video because many creators shy away from this. I am a "natty" regrower too and I found that we've both came across the same alternatives. Its appreciated. Thats coming from a past Norwood 7 that will totally reverse all hair loss over a decade. Now I help men on my channel do the same thing. Kudos to you.
Enjoyed the video and suggestions. What are your thoughts on PRP and exosome injections? Both are cost prohibitive, but I've been hearing the latter could become very beneficial in the future.
I've been off Dutasteride for 7 months and switched to microblading and massages. So far, so good. I've even noticed some thickening at the front vertex.
Are you personally confident that finasteride is safe long term for most people? I am definitely worried about it affecting the brain or organs in ways we don't know yet. Seems to me that blocking 5 alpha reductase and reducing DHT has to do unwanted things since it's the most potent natural androgen in the body. It could be damaging people without them noticing side effects short term IMO. And then there is PFS which to this day is still a mystery and needs more research. Curious what your thoughts are.
No I'm not confident that's its safe long term. We really don't know the long term consequences. Does us taking it now affect our children, or our children's children? Basically impossible to know.
Make more videos on Saw palmetto people are not too much know about this. However it's very beneficial natural DHT blocker. Make complete video on that Including studies on this.❤
Yes, maybe we should have included it. We made a video dedicated to this subject which will be released soon. However because it does not go systemic it has a harder time penetrating into the scalp.
I'm using topical fin (0.025%) but since I'm ordering it from Hemia cosmetic I don't know if it is even legit? Do u maybe know them or u heard about them? Are they legit? What is your opinion about that?

That's interesting to know, thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the support. What about microneedling and coffee or and rosemary essential oil?
Im not sure what you mean? You can use caffeine in a topical yes!
@@Hairguard I was asking if I can use coffee and rosemary along with miconeedling, instead of pharmaceutical products.
@@lifeisagift5627I wouldn’t cut your skin and willingly put oil into those micro pores lmao
@@YashKnowsBest but you'd be okay with putting a pharmaceutical product in instead? lmao 🤡

We've made a few videos on PRP. Overall it works but it costs too much for most of us. We can make a video on exosome injections if you want?

Those do nothing to regrow hair
@@TwistedLullabies studies say otherwise

Did you suffer any sexual related side effects of dutasteride ?
@@SohailAh46 Erection strength decrease by 50-60%. I suspect libido was lowered as well, but nothing too drastic.

What you personally use? Finasteride or any alternative?

what about pumpkin seed oil?
As topical ? Is it good as rosemary oil?
What about topical Dutasteride? My clinic says that it does not go systemic and penetrate the scalp like topical Finasteride.

Bryan Johnson did that

I have no idea, I'd be very careful.
Get it filled at a compounding pharmacy.
Do you use anything to address DHT?
That's what the video is about, there are alternatives, but on average finasteride is the most effective option to reduce DHT.
There's dutasteride but everything else is useless
I wouldn't say useless. The saw palmetto study did show some results. But the issue is the standardisation of the supplement.
Dangerous drug
Which one?
